아카시아 스위트 리조트(Akassia Swiss Resort)

I am about to leave the hotel for the airport, but since they did not take our AI bands and towel cards, the Kids are swimming at the pool I am chilling on a sunbed and writing this review. First of all the place is huge! There are three main areas: the beach where you can (what a surprise) swim in the sea and see the fish. There are two jetties, and this is one of the only "complaint" I have: although the weather is perfect in October, the strong winds caused a constant red flag, on the jetty. The good thing is, there is a big cutout in the reef where the kids can swim, and there are quite a few fish there as well. What is more, you can sign up for a very short trip to a neighbouring bay, where the reef is spectacular. It is free of charge, and you are driven there in the company of lifeguards. Must see! The beach area also have a bar, and a restaurant where you can have breakfast and lunch. The pool area is nice and varied. There are more than enough of sunbeds, and a well equipped bar. The aquapark area is huge. It has slides and pools for small and big ones. My kids loved it. The room: very big, cleaned everyday. Although the furniture is oldish, and sometimes a bit "tired" everything works and is clean. No complaints here. The food: breakfast is ok. Fresh omelette made on the spot, pancakes, a few kinds of veggies and fruit, loads of breads and buns. Lunch always has something to interest you, but the dinner is where Akassia shines: everyday we were here there was something new on the grill, from koftas to crawfish, and a vast variety of other things. The taste also ok, although I would expect more spices from Egyptian cooks. The people: very nice, very helpful. Everyone from the cleaning staff, bus boy, to a bread-baking lady made us feel welcome, but special thanks goes to Mr Hosni, who took great care of us and was really interested in our wellbeing. Overal: great holiday!

It was nice holiday enjoined so much Food is amazing the room is so clean and the vibes very good even the drinks are perfect Staff are friendly and entertaining program very good advise everyone to visit this hotel and it will not be my last time

The food is amazing, not gonna lie actually it’s really good. The choice is wide and fits everyone. My favourite part of the stay was playing volleyball on the beach with people i met. The sea is okay and the coral reef is beautiful.

- The rooms are large, clean and equipped with a minibar, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. You can also stay connected with the available Wi-Fi. - Pool is Clean all time. - Aqua is very nice. - The food misses the variety otherwise is good

Was a pleasant experience for me and the kids.. the sea and weather was amazing, so unique.. the food and staff was lovely, felt home. The facility and the entertainment team was so good. The aqua park was good. Definitely I would love to be back soon.

His attention to detail and personalized service made us feel like we were the only guests in the resort. It was evident that every guest received the same exceptional treatment from Mr. Wael and the entire staff. Their constant smiles and willingness to fulfill every request in a professional and welcoming manner truly made our stay unforgettable. We are grateful for the wonderful memories created at Akassia Swiss Resort, and we look forward to returning in the future.

The best hotel in marsa alam .. 👌 I advise all people who want to travel to marsa alam stay there.. there many activities in that hotel .. and all the staff are very friendly and helpful .. thank you, akassia .. and I well came back again with my friends

Be prepared to be totally ignored at the bar or coffee station in the evening if you are English and an Egyptian stands next to you because they get priority! I will update this if anything changes for the rest of my stay in room 1610. We shall see.

The accommodation was very good, staff of the hotel was perfect, food was so good many varieties, many pools , very good acqua park ,the room was well prepared and equipped, the hotel embassador wael was so helpful and friendly to every one and organising every thing in a perfect way
