My experience was disappointing to say the least. Despite arriving for check-in at 2:30 PM, it took until 5:30 PM to finally get checked in, leaving me waiting in the lobby like a fool. Additionally, my request for a late check-out the next day was met with minimal flexibility, only extending from the original noon checkout time to 1 PM.
The following morning, after enjoying a swim at 11 AM, I found myself locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning room key. Upon complaining at the lobby about the time wasted running back and forth, the customer service representative had the audacity to retort, "We have an emergency call phone in each building; you could have used that to have the key delivered to you." Am I expected to predict such an issue and trek back to the lobby? Was this information conveyed to us during check-in?
It's disappointing that one unhelpful staff member tainted my entire experience. Their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability compel me to leave a negative review. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, Fell short of expectations.
