Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames - All Inclusive

The property was beautiful. Unfortunately we got there and they had our booking for 4 adults and 4 kids. Grand Sirenis told me we booked for 4 infants and charged me an extra $3000. I had all the kids ages in and my confirmation email said 4 kids. I literally would of asked for cribs not double beds.check in took over 3 hours after along travel day with no eating. Everyone who promised they would look into it didn't. It really ruined very stressful week. The pools and beach were bebeautiful. Food was decent when it wasn't cold. Lots of variety to choose from.Hibachi was our favorite loved the show. We saw one entertainment show and it wasn't for us. It was not the mj or the other show everyone recommend. We left early in morning each day and our room was not cleaned everyday. Our room was outdated with rust stains. We did find few bugs here and there. The doctor at the onsite clinic wad very nice. We loved getting our hair braided which was only $5 a braid. My father has severe problems walking these days and when we asked for golf cart they would either give excuses, we would have to call quite a few times or some would help no problem. The property it self was beaufiful loved the grounds. The waterpark needs massive renovation or someone will get very hurt. My kids went on it & hurt back. My 9 year old got sich rug burns on his elbows he was bleeding & only wanted to leave we didn't go back all week. The kids love water parks &was very disappointed. We will not go back

Great overall. Beautiful beach. Wish there was more service like waitstaff at pool and beach. Ana in the dining room was awesome! Rooms a little small.

My family and I had the best vacation! We will be back! The staff was fantastic the grounds were clean the food was great! So much to do!

Had a lovely time second time in this resort with my children. It’s very family friendly. It was enjoyed by all again.

I would like to start by saying I NEVER COMPLAIN, that being said. This resort is well below expectations.. I would strongly consider staying at an alternate location. There were no towels for 2 days, the phone was broken, no door handle on the sliding glass door. The food. Most resorts we seat you, at a buffet, not here.. You are welcome in, then you find your own table, if you can find a clean one. The food is NOT good.. Reservations are required, and no walk ups will be considered, AT ALL. This is not typical of any resort I've ever been too, and I've been to 10 . Staff (not all) are dismissive, and do not take pride in their job. Save your money on this gamble, stay at the Riu, or ONYX.

The grounds were lovely, and the beach access was wonderful. The pool, though very large with many different areas surrounding it to visit and sit, was honestly, lacking in many ways. The music by the pool bar was horribly loud, impossible to hear anyone, not relaxing or enjoyable to be near that end of the pool. Sadly the pool was over 7' deep in most locations, with access by ladders. Very hard for people to get in and out. (we saw some horrible falls) When I get in a pool at resort I like to stand against the edge of the pool to stay cool and have a cocktail, but not possible with 7" of water. The only walk in, shallow entry is where the music is deafening. The rooms are spacious and pretty. The shower faucet set up is very hard to deal with. If you like a rain head, its all good, but if you need to use the the handheld, when its in the mount, it shoots straight out - no tilt to it at all. Awkward to say the least. This resort is all about the beach, the pool and the water park, and there are no hooks in the rooms to hang wet clothes/bathing suits. Because of that, when you walk the grounds, you see laundry drying on all of the balconies. We just got back yesterday from a full week, we rented 2 ooms, & there were several days when our towels weren't replaced, & sometimes we'd get a bath towel or 2 but no face cloths or hand towels. Lots of talking to the cleaning staff. As for the food, it's not good.

The property was beaut , and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. The premises were well-maintained,the pool was excellent, and the beach was truly amazing. My only grievance pertained to the food, as I felt it did not accurately represent authentic Dominican cuisine.

I was with my family it was awesome. We really like everything, food, pool, rooms, activities. All! The only thing maybe needs more conditions or maintenance is the water park to slide some rustic. The rest was awesome!!!!! 😍😊
