We liked the overall a**osphere and the variety of pool options. We didnt like that when we booked it we were told we would either have 2 queen sized beds or a king. However we ended up with 2 double beds. Not very feasable for a married couple.

The property is very old. Room had a smell throughout our stay. The bed, pillows and towels were used and old. The food options were limited and there was same food everyday. The one Indian restaurant served pathetic food. Staff was very nice.

Overall, great experience. All staff were amazing, always asking if we need anything. Pools were good, would be better if they had shaded areas in the pool. Rooms were good, dont really understand why there was a blurred window in the shower leading to the bedroom. Food was ok, food could be hotter and the cold food be colder.. everything was kinda room temp. They could change out the serving utensils lot more because all of the touching. And have a dress code in dinning areas so people would have to cover up their butts.

If you like being stuck on a compound eating subpar food and drinking bottom shelf alcohol with rude staff that expect tips for terrible service this is your place. The highlight was the food poisoning on Saturday night and the shirtless shorty gym bro in the gym shadow boxing Mayweather dripping sweat everywhere and on other people while blasting his music on his personal speaker.

The property was beautiful & staff was so nice. The food was excellent expect for the food in the 24 hour sports bar the hot dogs wasn't cooked all the way and people was just leaving thr food in there a mess.

The hotel offered transportation from them to airport, however when I tried to contact the company responsible for, they never answered.

The food was not very good, from table service to buffet. Nothing was appetizing and I’m not a picky eater. Cleaning staff was friendly. My room was clean. Bar staff talked more to each other than waiting on people waiting for drinks. (Not all but some) From bar to bar the drinks were not the same. Definitely a party place. The resort was nice but was very disappointing when it came to the food. We would try a sit down dinner and would end up going to the buffet because the food was awful.

I would not recommend this resort to anyone! There’s a resort was not clean I don’t think they ever do any updates. The rooms are in poor condition the pillows that give you on your bed or maybe big enough to fit your head on our fan did not work in our bathroom. The water for the show smells like Sewer when you first turn it on! they have a bridge that you have to walk over to get to some of the restaurants where they have turtles and whatever else living in the water underneath and you have to hold your breath to walk over it because it makes you almost wanna vomit. It smells so bad I definitely will not be going back to this resort.

The property is a great party resort. Nonetheless, the food and drinks quality is low. No premium drinks are included and that was not specified anywhere when booking. Also, as part of the booking, roundtrip transportation from the airport was included. I gave my flight schedule to the company in several forms many times but when my time to leave for the airport came, they required and additional coordination and just said that my transport left earlier and that I should book a taxi plain and simple without offering me alternatives from them or even a credit. I ended up booking a taxi to get to the airport that cost me an additional $40. I was very mad and expect this can be adderessed because the property, when asked, they distanced themselves from the transportation company. Bad way of ending my stay there.
