Staff are happy and will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
There’s great entertainment at the pool. The night festivities are great. You can party somewhere into the late hours.

All Staff was incredibly amazing. Very friendly like I never experienced that hospitality before. The entertainment team were my favorite. Walter, Jose, Isaac, Axil, Brenda and Odalis. I will definitely go back. Best people ever!!!

The resort was great, there was lots of food options and entertainment options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Smerling and Oscar at the aquamarine pool were amazing and always took care of us. We will definitely come back

The excursions were lame. We did the 7 piece from the Adventure park, boring and too engineered. Trip to Santa Domingo, long ride to see not very much. Dolphin snorkeling; I thought we were going to do real snorkeling not in pens. Whale watching was good.,

The layout/map was confusing and didn’t identify everything making it hard to find certain bars/restaurants. There was no listing of ALL AVAILABLE entertainment on the property of the 4 resorts. There wasn’t much entertainment at our particular resort- Aquamarine.

HUGE resort, we needed to take a tram to get around and it's a little confusing to navigate, but everyone was so nice and would take us directly to where we needed to be. Rooms aren't anything spectacular; we were a little upset to not get rooms within the same building or the double beds we had requested, but they made up for it in other ways. Food and drinks were plentiful and restaurants were never crowded (though we did have late reservations). Activities/entertainment were fun - thank you Christopher for making it such a good time for us and Luis for being the best bartender ever!
All in all would definitely recommend and be back again.
