나는 리뷰어가 아니며 전 세계를 여행하고 지금까지 100개가 넘는 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 이것은 단지 내 경험이 매혹적이었기 때문에 호텔 시설에 대한 유일한 두 번째 리뷰입니다. 저는 지난 달(2023년 1월) 동안 리츠칼튼 푸네의 환대를 한껏 경험했습니다. 지난달 여행객으로 거주하고, 결혼식(언니들)도 주최한다는 입장에서 숙소를 경험해봤습니다. 저는 매우 비판적이고 기쁘게 하기 어려운 사람이지만, 숙박이 끝난 후에도 불평할 것이 전혀 없었습니다. 리츠는 나와 내 손님을 세심하게 배려하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. (세부 사항에 대한 관심은 저와 같은 기업 변호사에게는 최우선 사항입니다 ) 처음으로. 놀라운 호텔 로비부터 고급스러운 인테리어, 매우 아늑하고 넓은 객실까지. 호텔의 완벽한 서비스는 말할 것도 없습니다. 따뜻한 인사와 웃는 얼굴은 여러분을 정말 행복하게 만들어 주며 메트로 시티의 다른 어떤 호텔과도 비교할 수 없을 정도로 이 호텔에서 바로 이벤트를 주최하기로 결정했습니다. 호텔과의 초기 협상부터 나는 그들이 테이블에 가져오는 품질과 전문성을 느낄 수 있었고, 호텔이 따르는 기준이 더 높기 때문에 경쟁업체에 맞춰 요금을 낮추지 않는 이유를 훨씬 나중에 이해했습니다. 경쟁 속성 중 하나입니다. 행사를 위해 부동산과 초기 논의를 진행하는 동안 영업팀의 Priyanka Gupta 씨와 Sachin Didolkar 씨(영업 책임자)의 도움을 받았습니다. 그들은 이벤트를 위한 올바른 구조를 관리하는 데 큰 도움이 되었으며, 나를 기다리고 있는 경험에 대해 매우 투명하고 자신감이 있었습니다. 그들은 모든 세부 사항에 대해 저와 함께 앉아 제가 숙소에서 행사를 최적화할 수 있는 방법에 대해 철저하게 논의했습니다. 나는 최근 푸네의 리츠 칼튼에 머무는 즐거움을 누렸으며 정말 잊을 수 없는 경험이었다고 말하고 싶습니다. 호텔에 들어서는 순간부터 따뜻한 미소와 친근한 얼굴로 맞이해 주셨는데, 이것이 남은 숙박 기간의 분위기를 조성해 주었습니다. 눈에 띄는 순간 중 하나는 Guest Relations의 Jinal과의 상호 작용이었습니다. 그녀는 제가 필요로 하는 모든 것을 처리하고 편안한 숙박을 보장하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 그녀는 어떤 질문이나 요청에도 항상 도움을 주었고, 그 덕분에 저는 게스트로서 진정으로 소중하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 총지배인 Nishanth Vishwanath도 제가 머무르는 동안 원활하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 그의 개인적인 관심은 나에게 지속적인 인상을 남겼습니다. 호텔 자체는 깨끗했고 매우 가정적인 느낌을 받았습니다. 객실은 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있어 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 제공했습니다. 직원들은 정중하고 항상 도움을 줄 준비가 되어 있어 전반적인 경험에 도움이 되었습니다. 음식은 매우 훌륭했고, 저녁 식사와 아침 식사 모두에 다양한 옵션이 제공되었습니다. 스프레드는 호화롭고 모든 취향에 맞춰 식사를 즐겁게 만들어주었습니다. 전반적으로 푸네의 Ritz Carlton에서의 숙박은 정말 기억에 남는 숙박이었습니다. 따뜻하고 환영하는 직원, 편안한 숙박 시설, 뛰어난 식사 경험에 대해 아무리 칭찬해도 부족하지 않습니다. 푸네를 방문하는 모든 사람에게 이 호텔을 적극 추천하며, 나중에 다시 방문할 수 있기를 기대합니다.

The Ritz Pune is quite honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The level of service is incredible. Every single interaction with a staff member made me feel like I was the only person staying at the hotel. My room was a large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Despite being right beside the elevators it was extremely quiet. I had no issues sleeping. Food was excellent in all of the restaurants - the butter chicken at the Indian restaurant is a must try. Location seemed to be pretty good! Very close to Phoenix Market City and also very close to the airport. If you are looking for an amazing stay look no further.

"FRIDAY / Sunday should be a time we speak for the rest of the weekend " Thank you so much Ritz Carlton and Three Kitchen staff for making our FRIDAY a memorable one .Chef Buddha Ji ...your warm smile always makes sure we drive our way to Three Kitchen whenever we feel like having food outside.Chef Buddha , Kaushik,Raja Rajesh, Anand , Chef Pratik , Chef Murti and Shankar ji is one *** who makes sure not a single craving is left untreated. He adds his pinch of hospitality by some speciality from his side.The Asian food festival gave a trip to all variety of food sitting in pune. The food coma lasted for a week after having the lavish treat, wanted special to Chef viswanath Chef punkaj Chef dev Chef Himanshu Chef peter Chef Ganesh Chef niranjan Chef chanakya Chefsanjeeb Chef lokendra Chef Rahul ( Expert in Continental breakfast) and all we can say they served straight from their heart. Ritz(rcmemories) are always memorable with their hospitality . Thanks to Rupesh, Naveen and Debtanu for your warm welcome and service. I would say, Three kitchen team is holding best chef in world.

Extravagant luxury. Overly delicious food. Service staff is very very courteous and display high level of professional attitude required for a hospitality luxury brand. Wonder why didn't I visit earlier. Waiting to experience the stay soon.

Amazing hospitality and worth staycation.. Special thanx to Aditi patil front desk help me thru out from start to end Mr Chetan Jagdale- Three kitchen restaurant manager is amazing n you can just rely on him blindly. Who made my husband occasion soo much special n provided special facility. His team at the restaurant rocks Chef - Shree Ram Murty who is my blessing in disguise Cooks for me tasty non spicy food Specially attendant us n look upon on r evry requirement. Loved to come to this property always. The Hotel n three kitchen restaurant rocks n very humble n down to eart. Luxury property but too much comforting.

I booked an airport pick up directly with the Ritz and via the Ambassador Elite channel. They had no record or my arrival. They admitted a lapse but really? Two emails and follow up to book a straightforward airport pickup? Wonder how the hotel actually runs other operations…. It’s time hotels stopped hiding behind their fancy brands and actually create the brand experience.

We got a chance to be part of Ritz zesty regional food festival(Nepal and Nagaland food festival).The scrumptious and flavourful food spread during these festivals are a must try! Specially when you have the warm chef Team of Ritz assisting you over each menu item and it's richness,it's an add on!Be it the Thukpa or the rice bread of Nagaland...each are must try!Ritz Friday night is more about"Wow..the weekend begins"!!!!! My special Thanks to Chef Kausik Chef Lokendra Chef Vishwanath Chef Rajesh Chef Anand Chef Raja Chef Buddha . Finally the Thanks to Manager Chetan and Rupesh always available to assist and finalising the menu.

The stay was amazing and best someone could ever experience, right from the moment we entered till we checked out it was all mesmerizing! We couldn’t expect anything more! Special thanks to Nishtha on the front desk! She made sure we were comfortable and also upgraded us to a wonderful suite! We re really happy the way she took care of us!
