Unprofessional hotel staff. of a very bad critical" - The hotel was called "extremely and "poorly managed" with staff that were "terrible. - The rooms were described as "worst quality." - One room was described as "dust , not cleaning for 2 days with dust everywhere, even after cleaning. - The area under the bed was described as "filthy with dirt and dust." Service was pathetic, the waiter could shout at you. Towels having blood stains, and insect 🐛 are free with the room. Need to check every corner of the room every night or else any insect can be on your bed. No hot water after 7 pm I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and pleasant visit.

First of all hotel location is awesome, and rooms are neat and clean. Best for couple and the partners to spent good time. Awesome breakfast. Best for small parties as well. Good room service actually. If anyone who is having drinks, i will suggest to go for peanut masala as it was really tasty. Thank you lakme staff, for sure i will visit again. Only suggest to please work little on air conditioner, rest is really amazing.
