가든 빌라와 오션 빌라에 대한 정보를 제공하고 싶습니다. 가든 빌라는 오션 빌라보다 훨씬 낫습니다. 전용 마당이 있고, 프라이버시와 평화를 위해 로비에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 오션 빌라는 레스토랑과 가깝고 그렇지 않습니다. 프라이빗, 가든 빌라 레지던스는 오션 빌라를 지나 방으로 가셔야 하고, 해변도 아니고 프라이빗 마당이 없어서 손님들이 커튼을 열고 전망을 이용할 수 없었어요 🫣반값이어야 해요 가든빌라보다 비싸지만 😑 화장실과 욕실에는 문이 없지만 정원이 보입니다. 물건은 훌륭합니다. 👍🏼 음식은 섬에서 최고이지만 전체적으로 평균입니다. Firus와 함께하는 스노클링은 훌륭했습니다.😝 모든 것이 완벽합니다. 이 빌라를 적극 추천합니다.🫶🏻

긴 해변에 위치하여 위치적으로 좋습니다. 관광 지역. 나이트 어트랙션에 가장 접근하기 쉬운 곳. 이것은 Perhentian에서 최고의 리조트 중 하나입니다. 그러나 다른 호텔, 리조트 또는 장소에 비해 가격이 상당히 비쌉니다. 같은 요금으로 다른 장소에서 최고의 시설, 전망 또는 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 이곳은 휴가를 보내기에 좋은 곳이기도 합니다. 즐기다!! 씨야.. ;)

I stayed at Bubu Villa for my family trip - with my wife and 2 teenagers. Bubu Villa is well located at the end of Long Beach and it is one of the best places to stay in Pulau Perhentian. The staffs were very friendly, facilities were well maintained, the food (both the breakfast and grill-dinner) were great as well. I would surely stay here again and I do recommend Bubu Villa to others who are looking for a premium place to stay in Pulau Perhentian.

Nice hotel , perfect location and friendly staff , the breakfast is amazing and the kitchen staff prepare whatever you want . The furniture of the rooms is old.

Superb hospitality from ALL the employees. They are all super friendly and helpful! Booked a Garden View room and it’s just perfect. Room and surrounding compound is spacious, quiet and peaceful. Though the food prices are quite expensive compared to the other stays. Location is located at the end of Long Beach and the crowd is lesser here too.

房間很大，有庭院，有一點小馬代的感覺，但沒找到吹風機。餐飲不錯，味道OK，食材新鮮，略貴於其他附近餐飲。服務還是比較熱情的，尤其是早餐的現點餐飲服務員工，非常熱情主動詢問是否有需要order的餐品，主動服務難能可貴，感受很好。但前台服務比較敷衍，看似熱情但不解決問題，去到等了很久沒有人主動告知可以入住，去到前台詢問，幾個談天説笑的女服務員才笑笑説現在ok了，離開時也是因為前台安排等待water taxi錯過了船班，明明我們已經很着急多次詢問，前台都告知沒有問題，船經常會遲到的，我要求他們打電話告知船公司我們還未上船，估計也是沒有溝通，很無語，對顧客的服務不應該衹是在表面熱情，希望能真正為客人解決問題，而不是製造問題。

우리는 Bubu Villa에 묵습니다. 위치, 환경, 빌라, 환대, 음식 및 해변이 훌륭합니다. 우리는 또한 Bubu가 주선한 큰 섬으로의 스노클링 여행을 했는데 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 직원들은 세심하고 친절하며, 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 따뜻하게 제공됩니다. 돌아올 수 있기를 바랍니다!

빌라에 대한 기대가 높았지만 그들은 우리 예약을 엉망으로 만들었습니다. 4+1로 패밀리 빌라를 예약했지만 통보 없이 정원 빌라 2개를 대신 받았습니다. 리조트에서 예고 없이 지불한 객실을 다운그레이드하는 것은 말이 되지 않습니다. 의도하지 않았든 아니든 이것은 선의가 아닙니다. (가든 빌라는 우리가 지불한 것보다 훨씬 저렴한 최저가 부동산입니다.) 직면했을 때, 1. . 우리가 온라인으로 예약했음에도 불구하고 우리가 도착했을 때 더 이상 사용 가능한 패밀리룸이 없었던 것 같습니다. 2. 경영진은 방어적이고 논쟁을 시도합니다. 우리가 다운그레이드된 방을 받은 이유는 가족방이 4개에 불과했기 때문이라고 합니다(실제로 웹사이트에서 5개라고 언급했을 때). 3. 매니저는 PART-TIME 프런트 여직원에게 문제를 맡기고 해결합니다. 그녀는 분명히 고군분투하고 있었습니다. 긴 논쟁 끝에 그들은 더 이상 사용할 수 있는 가족 빌라가 없기 때문에 우리가 동의할 수밖에 없는 2개의 비치 빌라(중간 계층)로 우리를 옮기는 데 동의했습니다. 요약하자면, 우리는 우리가 예약한 것을 얻지 못하고 방은 통보 없이 변경되었습니다. 내 감각은 악의적인 의도가 아니라 부실한 관리 및 문제 해결일 뿐이라는 것이었습니다. 장점: 웨이터 및 기타 보조 직원은 훌륭하고 친절하며 객실은 그렇지 않으면 괜찮습니다. 다른 동료 여행자를 위해 동의하지 않은 방을 수락하여 눈을 멀게 하지 마십시오.

Charming, private villas close to the beach. Simple rooms kept very clean. Small gardens well tended. Direct access to the beach. Comfortable, if a little worn, sun loungers under rustic parasols. Dining and bar area overlooking Long beach. Staff always on hand, smiling and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Bubu Villas is a better choice than Bubu Resort for privacy, space and appearance.

We had 4 wonderful nights here in a family villa with our 2 teenage children. The resort was stunning and at the quieter end of Long Beach. Communication before we arrived was great organising our transfer from the airport out to the Island. The villa was well appointed and with 2 bedrooms worked well for our family. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. At breakfast the chef couldn't have been more obliging and I think would have cooked everything on the menu if we had let him. The French Toast was divine as was the coffee and the view straight over the beach was a great way to start the day. There were always plenty of lounges and umbrellas on the beach for villa guests. We ate one night at World Cafe and the food was really nice. The complimentary cocktail and canapés late afternoon were a lovely touch and the kids really enjoyed their mocktails. However we also liked to wander along the beach on the other nights and choose one of the local restaurant's where you literally dine on the beach. The two snorkel trips we did were fabulous and we saw so much marine life. A truly great stay for our family and hopefully we will make it back one day

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the beach villa which was really nice and clean. The outdoor bathroom is a nice detail. The breakfast is great. The chef makes perfect omelette and pancakes. We had a wonderful time. Ps. They make spritz for the complimentary evening cocktail even though it’s not on the menu.
