어떤 경우에도 가장 싼 객실은 예약하지 마세요. 정말 비위생적이에요. 벽에는 곰팡이가 피고 천장에는 구멍이 나 있고, 세면대와 샤워 믹서는 고장 났어요. 욕실 타일은 몇 년째 스펀지를 한 번도 안 닦았어요. 정원은 잘 관리되고 있는데도 정말 끔찍해요. 수영장도 깨끗하지 않고, 모스크와 나이트클럽 근처는 너무 시끄러워요. 빌라와 방갈로는 괜찮아 보여요.

위치는 쿠타 중심가에서 완벽하고 직원들은 사랑스럽고 도움이되었으므로 더 많은 시간을 보냈습니다.

위치는 완벽하고 중앙에 있으며 제공되는 아침 식사는 정확하고 좋습니다. 그들은 이코노미룸이 실제로 어떤지 사진을 보여주지 않습니다. 다른 방은 더 나은 것 같아요. 내 방에는 에어컨이 잘 작동하지 않았고, 바닥에 죽은 곤충의 잔해와 일종의 애벌레가 있었습니다. 뭔가. 싱크대가 깨졌고, 벽 덮개가 헐거워졌고, 어느 날 밤 잠을 자고 그게 전부였습니다.

I was nervous to stay here because of the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The location and pool area are great, especially for the price. The staff were friendly and I was able to check in early. I had the very basic room, and yes it wasn’t fancy but I had clean sheets, cold AC and toiletries and towels provided. The room was basic but for the price it was absolutely great. There was a power cut at one point each night but it was handled by staff quickly. I would stay again for trips to Kuta.

I had a terrible experience here. I paid around 500k per night and it’s worth about 100k per night. Electricity kept breaking, you’re located in the local village and it feels unsettling. Barely any light in the room, no soap in the shower. Very loud music at night around the place and I had dirty sheets.  There are loads of better places in Kuta for this price. The place is also for sale, feels like they just don’t care. I booked 4 nights and left after 1. Made my time in Kuta worse.

Landscaping is beautiful, but lacks general maintenance of rooms. Poor attention to items that should be provided in the rooms. Ie workers forgot to refill coffee tea shampoo. . Mold inside water kettle. Budget rooms not worth the low price. Peeling pant, black mold, no hot water, very poor conditions. Middle level room/bungalow worth the price. Only one person can speak English. But staff was friendly. Central location. I will stay here again.

Broken shower head, broken bathroom tiles, broken sink tap, no shower cream, ran out of bathroom towel, mosquitoes and rooster that crow at 3 or 4am ensures a terrible stay and sleepless night. To cap it all, no running water in the morning to shower and flush toilet.

The property is located in the heart of kuta town, making access to a wide range of restaurants and shops convenient. Staff are helpful and can help arrange transport if needed. We stayed in the bungalows (mid priced room), it was clean and spacious with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Pool facilities are well maintained and comfortable to spend time lounging by the pool.

I really like the place. The bungalows (the mid-size ones that I rent.. forgot the name 😁) are in Lombok traditional house style. The garden is well kept and looks lovely with the guitar-shaped pool. I feel comfy staying here. The cleanliness is good, it's neat! And it is easy to find food and drinks. So many stores, mini markets, cafes/restaurants around in the neighborhood.. full of them. Easy to find, enough parking space.. and you can walk to the beach. The staffs are nice and NOT annoying with "too friendly" acts :) so we had a good time!

Excellent spot super well located great bungalows and amazing pool

Its good for solo and couples.. if they can improve the room ceiling it would sell for more .. how ever some nights it gets very noisy from the party .. when you want to relax keep in mind .. on average for the price its ok .!! 👍

Very nice, good enough. Just a detail, the door doesn’t close completely, very important to carry some spray ant mosquitoes.
