크라운 파라다이스 골든 푸에르토 바야르타 올 인클루시브(Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only)

Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. I won't come back again. Sorry to say . I rather stay at my home go to my home beach . disappointed.

La experiencia fue pésima, el hotel nos pareció muy caro para como en realidad está, las instalaciones son feas y el servicio fue muy malo. Definitivamente jamás volveríamos.

Nice place

Workers are great and helpful. However, the property needs a lot of maintenance in the rooms and common areas. We stayed in the adult only zone second floor and we had a leak in the bathroom from the bathroom on the third floor, there were drops of water coming down the wall and it was growing mold. Additionally, many of the areas smell like humid and mold, specially the gym. It feels like if evrything got flooded and one point and was never properly cleaned and dried. The general buffet were just ok, the Mexican restaurant Gallos was actually good.

It’s been a few years since coming to Crown Paradise… the staff, as always continues to be excellent and responsive. However, I shouldn’t have to bother staff to replace my refrigerator to replace lightbulbs. The general condition of the room was extremely disappointing.

Our room had a leak in the middle of it and their suggestion to fix it was to put more towels down on The floor. There was no hot water to shower in and the older lady at the front desk is rude.

I did not care for the food, everything was barely warm on the main buffet daily and even at the Italian restaurant dining experience. The omelette bar and food at the pool cafe were the only hot food I was able to find.

Beds were really comfortable. Food was great. Staff were amazing, especially Carlos, & Antonia. Adrianna cleaned our room and did a great job. Any issues with the rooms were immediately addressed and fixed.

Was an absolute amazing experience the staff is super nice and most of them speak English which was very nice. Food was very good with lots of options.
