호텔 프티 메르세데스 푸에르토 발라르타(Villa Mercedes Petit Hotel)

Villa Mercedes was great! Friendly service and daily continental breakfast. Not much hustle and bustle there for busy season, and there were some dogs that hung out on the property, which was awesome! Fantastic location, a block from the beach and above a convenience store and my favorite little restaurant in PV, 116 Pulpito. Walking distance to all night life. Only downside is that drinking water was not provided in the room, but being above a store it wasn't too much of a hassle. I'd definitely stay again!

The pictures on the website are really nice, however the hotel is run down and nothing like the pictures. For the same price a lot nicer hotels can be found.

Just visited this property. Denise was an absolute star along with all the staff. They were very friendly and kind. Property overall is good it’s authentic to Puerto Vallarta. The location is fantastic. The only real complaint was the bed was very hard. We had 2 double beds and both were very hard and that was my only issue. I would definitely rebook on my next vacation.

It felt like staying at someone's casa. Just lovely! Lots of cute , wonderful surprises around the property. Charming and comfortable! Our Uber failed to pick us up, but the young lady at the front desk helped us

Very nice hotel and perfect location in the Romantic Zone. Beach was one block away and plenty of restaurants and bars. Great customer service. Thank you

This is a decent family type of small hotel. But it def doesn’t deserve 8/9 out of 10. The facilities were suboptimal in terms of comfort, and it’s in a pretty noisy area. A big pro is its close to everything. Two dogs on site - one is super nice and cute, the other barks at everyone :(

Shower head was missing and the sink had no cover allowing water to come up and we could see down the hole. When we asked to shift room —One of the front desk staff informed us that it was fully booked but I doubt it. The lady who helped check in was professional and sincere

We traveled to Puerto Vallarta as a last minute vacation. Wanting to stay in the downtown area, we chose Vila Mercedes Petit because it looked like a quiet boutique property. The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and addressed all our needs. Unfortunately, our 2nd story room was above a rather loud bar whose music often played late into the night. Obviously this is not within the control we of the property but if you do choose to book this hotel be aware that the nightlife is vibrant.

Awesome boutique hotel in Romantico Zone! Loved the dogs on property (Pinto & Pardo), staff was friendly and accommodating. Lovely stay, will stay again!
