I booked a room for my husband and I for 4 nights. As I asked for a quiet and comfortable room away from the busy street and large bed, my requests were provided. The disappointing parts: 1) no mini-fridge to keep anything cold. 2) Breakfast included a small amount of yogurt, some granola, coffee and dry buns, juice. 3) My booking never indicated that 1000pesos in cash had to be given as a deposit in case of incidentals. The money was returned at checkout. 4) Bed was extremely uncomfortable, with every movement you could feel & hear the springs squeak. Plus the sides of the beds sloped downward. There were lovely guests who stay in "apartment" size rooms in the hotel that they rent every year for 3-5 months. One guest showed us their apartment which was very large with kitchenette and dining table.

This is the most discussing hotel we have been in Reserved for Jan and Feb 2024. Arrived to a room we didn’t book ( one bed no chair.) We booked a suite, After some discussion with the front desk we were checked into a suite. We went for our entire stay with no hot water and spent several hour every day with no water. The pool is growing algae because no one knows how to maintain it. We were called to a meeting to be informed we were not to use the morning coffee as it was reserved for guest that had booked through a website. The bathroom sink would not drain. The final straw wast the kitchen sink drain fell apart flooding the unit floor.. We are going home after our dream and likely last trip due to health issues has been cut short after only five days..

The property is cute, but management is bad. When you rent an apartment you expect to have enough silverware, pots and pans, good fridge, a cleaned place. That was not the case. If you decide to stay here, you will have some kind of issue for sure. Dirty pool, bug bites, dirty place, not enough silverware, pots, pans, non working remote controls, bad smell, no hot water or no water, old bread, fridge will freeze your food, dirty utensils. I will not be staying here again.

Everything was very good: stylish property. clean, safe, very close to the beach, friendly staff. Only disappointed with water interruption and noise of water tracks.

This hotel was perfect for a short stay, walkable to the bus stop or there is taxi stand right outside. It has small, cute pool. The reception staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice staff, decent breakfast, easy bus access to Centro, and clean, AC-equipped room made my five-night stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This property is a great deal for the price. While the wifi nor tv was working and breakfast is hit or miss as far as availability. It has a great rooftop pool and lounge area, staff is very helpful, housekeeping is wonderful. I could tell this hotel is constantly being upgraded. I would stay again.

It has been recently renovated. Very clean and welcoming look. Pool area on top of building very clean and relaxing 😎 Complimentary Breakfast at the pool side enjoyable.

This is a nice, very clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice as well. I would have liked to have a little fridge and coffee maker in the room but other than that I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is in a nice safe area of Puerto Vallarta and close to local transportation. Good coffee shop next door and some really good local restaurants are nearby. Walk along Francia street for a few blocks and you will find a Crepe restaurant, a couple of Greek restaurants as well as a fantastic barbeque restaurant 'Zeniza's ' which I highly recommend.
