I tough never put a bad review on this hotel since I been visiting and staying for almost 8 years , unfortunately this time I was the worst time of my entire visits to there ,before everyone I was courteous and always willing to help , this time was horrible from the front desk to the restaurant manager, in 2 times I was Denny service just because the rules change, I know each company has rules but you can be flexible, the restauran was completely full so I was no tables left I was for a cup so I can take just a little yogurt to my room (remember I was no tables and chairs available) and the “kitchen manager” he was making sure I know he was.he denied also I went to front desk (assuming they have customer service skills) and expose the situation and the front desk/reception manager say sue can do nothing even know the restaurant was full and I was no place to sit , second my family arrived to visit me and was denied the entry even they say it was in my room and coming for some items. We decide to extend our departure time from 12 to 4 pm (our flight got delayed) we pay for that (I forgot to mention that I have 2 rooms rented) and exactly at 4pm no a minute more no a minute less, I receive a call from front desk when I was exiting my room I answer and they just telling me , do you know your check out is a 4 pm right ? That practically kill le because I know I was at that time , so practically all other staff (housekeeping and maintenance they recognize me and was wonderful.
