플라야 로스 아르코스 리조트 & 스파 - 올 인클루시브(Playa Los Arcos Resort & Spa - All Inclusive)

I love this hotel for the location and the beach. The upgrades they’re making detract from the old Mexico feel I once loved so much but… location, location, location.

I liked everything but the buffet needs to be more Mexican food. I was expecting enchiladas, sopes, birria (real Mexican food). Tourist are looking for authentic Mexican food. Don't cater to American food. We can get that at home. Thank you.

What I liked was Location! You can eat at hotel restaurant or just walk to different restaurants. Walking distance to shopping, coffee shop. So many places. Pool is nice and the beach right there. Great experience and would return.

It felt like we were in the heart of all that is Mexico. The beach, all the bars, restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. The resort staff were very friendly and had some great experiences meeting some other guests. The price was perfect for what we got and we loved it. We explored quite a bit around the resort including a few ocean tours, I recommend seeing everything don’t just stay in one spot. There’s some very nice hang out spots and entertainment around. The views are out of this world! We loved our vacation and thank everyone for the service!

I liked that this property was right in the middle of everything. I wish I booked it as just a hotel and not all inclusive. I did not like any of the food and we chose to eat out most of the days. However, the restaurant meal at Mi Pueblita was excellent!! The staff was not rude but not as friendly as I’m used to at most resorts. The jacuzzi was Luke warm and a lot of tiles needed replacing. Our room was very small and faced the street which was pretty noisy.

An amazing property right in the heart of zona romantica. While the rooms are quite dated and small, they appear to be slowly making upgrades. Did not use the all inclusive very much but was nice to have around if needed. The location is what makes this property worth it, right on the ocean with a designated lounging area, while being right downtown is perfect. We will absolutely visit next trip to pvr and just upgrade our room.

Nice property overall. I had all-inclusive option but did not care for food options in restaurant.

Wait staff is always amazing as well as the house cleaners. But unfortunately front desk is rude and not helpful and the quality of food is horrible. We have been staying here for years but unfortunately after this trip looks like we will need to find a new resort to start staying at.

Spent 10 days in October. No better location for my wife and I. Not 5 star hotel but location makes up for it
