크리스탈 그랜드 푸에르토 발라타(The Hacienda at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta- All Inclusive)

호텔은 아름답게 보였습니다. 그런 다음 개조가 필요한 객실로 이동합니다. 청결도에 1점을 준 이유는 천장에 곰팡이가 핀 것처럼 보였고 침대 시트도 마찬가지였기 때문입니다. 뜨거운 물이 없었고 가득 찬 바가 가득 차 있었습니다. 이 호텔을 누구에게도 추천하지 않을 것입니다.

우리 방에서 보석을 도난당한 것 외에는 숙박은 긍정적인 경험이었습니다. 귀중품은 모두 객실 금고에 보관하시기 바랍니다. 호텔은 처음에 조사를 통해 도난 사건을 심각하게 받아들이는 것처럼 보였습니다. 그러나 약속한 대로 조사에 대한 후속 조치를 제공하지 않았습니다. 음식과 음료는 매우 좋았습니다. 크리스탈 그랜드의 메인 뷔페. Hacienda의 객실과 수영장은 훌륭했습니다.

우리는 매년 푸에르토 발라타를 방문하며 작년에 여러 개의 객실을 예약했습니다. 모두가 너무 즐거운 시간을 보내서 올해 다시 돌아왔습니다. 부분 오션뷰 객실과 전체 오션뷰 객실이 있었습니다. 모든 객실은 깨끗했고 미니 냉장고는 문제 없이 보충되었습니다. 숙소는 전체적으로 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 음식은 뷔페에서 매우 훌륭하고 풍부했으며 멕시코식, 국제식, 스페인식, 동양식 등 테마 저녁 식사를 제공했습니다. Octavio는 그릴 작업을 하고 있었고 우리를 위해 훌륭한 아침 오믈렛을 만들었고 점심으로 구운 해산물을 만들었습니다. 해변 스낵 바에는 맛있는 버거, 핫도그, 감자 튀김, 튀긴 생선 ***** 및 오징어, 피자 및 칩/살사가 있습니다. 우리는 매일 그곳에서 식사를 했습니다. 전문 레스토랑에서는 더 이상 예약할 필요가 없어 일부 손님들에게 안타까움을 안겨주었습니다. 한 레스토랑에 줄을 서서 기다렸다가 들어갈 수 없으면 다른 레스토랑을 시도하기에는 너무 늦었기 때문입니다. 저녁 좌석은 오후 5시 30분, 오후 7시 30분, 오후 9시 30분입니다. 우리는 이번 방문에서 Le Delice 프랑스 레스토랑을 시험해 보았지만 음식은 좋았고 서비스는 고통스러울 정도로 느렸습니다. 수영장 및 해변 서비스는 성공 여부에 따라 다르며 귀하의 섹션에서 일하는 사람에 따라 다릅니다. Felix와 Guillermo를 찾으면 훌륭한 서비스를 받을 수 있습니다. 작년에 그들에게 인사를 했고, 올해도 그들을 다시 만나서 기뻤습니다. 모두가 서쪽 성인 전용 풀 바에서 매일 스시를 즐겼습니다. 멋진 일몰 사진을 찍을 수 있는 멋진 장소입니다. La Bonita는 훌륭한 커피와 소프트 아이스크림 콘을 제공했습니다. 시끄러운 로비에서 벗어나 휴식을 취할 수 있는 조용하고 좋은 공간입니다. 작년에 비해 올해 방문에서는 Wi-Fi가 불안정했습니다. 저녁 엔터테인먼트는 최고는 아니었지만 마이클 잭슨 쇼는 계속해서 매우 재미있습니다. 로비 바에는 야간 노래방도 있지만 좀 과했습니다. 주간 엔터테인먼트는 비치발리볼, 풀발리볼, 빙고, 풀사이드 게임으로 구성되었습니다. 메인 로비에는 수영장과 비디오 게임을 즐길 수 있는 활동 공간도 있습니다. 우리는 슈퍼볼 기간 동안 그곳에 있었고 호텔은 두 개의 거대한 스크린과 많은 좌석이 있는 회의실 중 하나에서 이벤트를 계획했습니다. 음식은 물론 음료 서비스도 제공되었습니다. 수영장은 깨끗하고 상쾌했습니다. 의자 게임이 한창 진행 중이어서 우리는 의자를 가져가기 위해 오전 6시 30분/7시에 내려와야 했습니다. 게스트 서비스는 Wi-Fi가 불안정했기 때문에 시내에서 가장 좋아하는 레스토랑 중 일부를 예약하는 데 도움이 되었습니다. 리셉션의 일부 직원은 영어에 어려움을 겪었지만 우리는 제한된 스페인어와 제한된 영어로 관리하여 문제가 없었습니다. 지속적으로 친절하고 많은 도움을 준 Daniel에게 감사드립니다. 전반적으로 우리는 또 다른 훌륭한 숙박을 보냈으며 이미 내년에 돌아올 계획입니다. 마지막으로 참고할 사항은 직원에게 팁을 주는 것을 잊지 마세요. 그들은 모두 여러분이 즐거운 시간을 보내고 인정을 받을 수 있도록 열심히 노력합니다. 우리는 합당한 서버/대기 직원, 하우스키핑 직원 및 미니 냉장고를 보충한 개인에게 팁을 주어 기뻤습니다. 그라시아스님, 내년에 뵙겠습니다.

The Krystal staff take care of their customers. They all are very happy to service you to their best of ability. We have now been here 3 times in the past year. We will likely be returning next season once again. The location is also very good to lots of places.

This is our second time to this resort. When we previously went it was a Hilton so we weren't sure if the standards would remain high. We were delighted to know that they had actually improved. We stayed on the hacienda side again (I don't think we'd be happy staying on the main Crystal Grand side of things but that's just us). It's a smaller resort but it is so well contained with everything one would need. The absolute best part of the resort was the extremely well heated pool. The temperature is set to 95 and the actual temperature hovers around 90 to 91. You can stay in there all day and night and never get too warm or too cold. Swim up bar on the pool is great, as well as the attendants walking around getting drink orders as you are basking in the poolside sun. That reason alone is worth returning to. The staff were all great and always trying to be as helpful as they can. The a la cartes were very good. I'm a steak man and I found their steaks extremely tender and delicious. The main buffet restaurant had good food, but it wasn't pleasant to eat inside because it was so loud with lots of echo. No problem however, one just needs to sit at one of the outside tables. That made everything delightful. One of our fondest events was morning breakfast at the hacienda buffet. There was an absolute delightful server named Nancy who would, on a daily basis, teach us Spanish words and some Spanish grammar. She also frequently asked for proper English translations for things and grammar. Clearly this young lady was doing everything possible to not only serve her English speaking customers great, but to work on improving so that she can serve them better in the future. The resort has a solid gold nugget with Nancy. Throughout the vacation there were a few items that we noticed that could have been a little bit better but in the big scheme of things are actually insignificant. I shake my head at some reviews where people are complaining about little things. Look at the big picture, was the vacation good? If you want every little tiny thing to be perfect you'll be needing to paying $10,000 a day. The bang for the buck at this resort was very good. The other thing we enjoyed was the resort location. It's just a 4 km taxi/uber (cost about 110 pesos) to the Malecon for some exploring. The resort is also just a block away from a very main drag that you can walk couple blocks to a wonderful outdoor high end mall and other restaurants. There is actually another large mall about 2 km away going north but we never went there, we just saw it as we were heading for the airport which is also very close. Next time. We will undoubtedly return.

Pools were clean (cleaned every night or morning). Buffet and La Carte restaurants were very good. La Carte is no reservation but only waited in line for a max of 15 min for table of 7. The service was excellent throughout the resort. Resort maintenance did lack. Slow draining bedroom sinks, beach decking soft and falling apart. Resort needs to solve the pool side seating issues with people claiming spots early in the AM and then gone all day. 5 star towards staff and 4.5 food. 3 star for resort itself.

Best pillows ever ! The servers were so patient with my Spanish learning. Better than Duolingo On the beach my family was well taken care of and felt loved by all, especially our Guillermo and Felix. At the swim up bar, Carlos was amazing and patient paired with Miguel whose fun energy never ended. Paul was always on guard and watched out for our umbrella needs. Although the chairs were limited and an early wake up is necessary if you want a spot, the people is what makes this resort.

OK, I wanted to write a review after all, the dust has settled from our vacation so I could give an honest feedback of our stay, without a vacation high or blues clouding judgement. I, along with my husband and our six-year-old sonstayed at the Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta for nine days in January. I knew when we booked what I wanted, and I can honestly say that this resort hit every box. The pools were as close to the beach as they could possibly get and absolutely beautiful and so, so clean. We had a deluxe ocean view room and wow, I'm so glad that we decided to upgrade. Sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were outstanding, and we spotted humpback whales six out of the nine days we were there Resort is quite small which is what we wanted. If we or our son needed anything from the room, I didn't want to have to go far to get it and it was absolutely perfect. It is a very chilled out, resort. If you're looking for a party place, this is not it. The buffet was wonderful, and on our first night, staff approached us to say if there was nothing our little boy wanted to eat to let them know, and they would cook him up something to make sure his belly was always full. We only had to do this one night and the staff seemed it was a pleasure to help out. The food was good, absolutely no complaints and such a big variety. My son, and I really enjoyed the little beach restaurant on the side of the buffet for a quick bite in between swimming. Hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, cold, beer, chicken nuggets, you name it. The hotel was beautiful and the grounds were well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, cleaning our room and stocking our fridge daily. The room could maybe do with some updated bedding , but really if that's all I have to complain about I think it speaks volumes. Our son did attend the kids camp twice for just over an hour each time, and he really had fun. They collected seashells, made cookies, played video games, and made keychains. Brenda os SO sweet from kids club and our son said she was super nice. La Bonita on the second floor, oh my God I can't say enough good things about the coffee. The women who work there are phenomenal. The coffee is to die for, and they knew just the right amount of Baileys to put in lol when they would see our son coming, they would make sure his soft serve was ready so he didn't have to wait in line. It's the little things in life that make all the differnce. My husband asked Maribel from La Bonita to change $20 into pesos and he accidentally gave her $40 and we never realized. The next morning she quickly approached my husband and said that it was on her mind all night and she was happy she was able to find him to give back the extra $20. Again, we never even noticed the 20 was gone. Maribel is a true gem!! I forget the other ladies name who works at La Bonita, but she is just as kind and hard-working and thoughtful. WOW! The start is amazingly attentive. Wenceslao, Guillermo, Sebastian, Christian ande general manager Ernesto ALL superstars on our vacation!!!The rooms were fantastic . Maids were on it for cleanliness. So many great restaurants to choose from!!!Thank you so much! Our family will be back!
