Apartment was well equipped and modern. Always had hot water. A window in the bathroom allowed ventilation. Kitchenette great for making our own meals and drinks. Balcony and views to die for, including wall mounted drying rack and table. TV has some English channels The hotel is located on the hillside, and a taxi or many stairs get you to the main part of the resort and back Only slight thing was the noise from the shopping centre late at night, we found it went on until 2am. The glass the hotel uses for the patio doors is extremely sound insulated, but you can still hear the noise All the staff here were lovely and so accommodating

Apartments were a good standard but room service was awful. Evidence of previous guests under beds, floors not swept or cleaned during stay. Bed linen not changed during our 7 day stay?and towels only changed twice? We had stayed at this apartment previously and standards were far better. We will not be returning due to very poor room service.

Cannot fault these apartments! Well maintained and absolutely spotless. Night staff were cleaning the pool area not an inch missed. Only downside no air con , the weather was unusually hot for November. Definitely would come back , thanks for a fantastic stay .

Great hotel, staff all friendly and polite. Maid service excellent. Everywhere is so clean. Yes you hear music from the commercial centre but that doesn't cause us any trouble. Great view from our balcony room 608. 2nd visit this year and would highly recommend. 😎

Lovely clean apartments. Pool area immaculate. Nice quiet pool ideal for a relaxing day. However if you prefer a bit music/ pool games etc you’re attached to Cala D’or by a pathway so it’s easy enough to share. We didn’t expect it to be so hot on the nights so found no air con a bit of a struggle but you can hire a fan from reception. There’s food at both pools, obviously you pay more than going into town and menu limited but does the job. There’s always plenty of sun beds, but obviously you’ll always get the strange breed who dash down at first thing to reserve beds with towels then do off…absolute no need and shouldn’t be allowed but some folk are just odd….Sun doesn’t actually hit the pool till about 11-11.30. If you want early morning sun you need to book the other side of the hill. Chester’s beach club on sea front is worth a day out, pay €50 per couple but get € 30 back to spend on food or drinks. You get a towel too. Worth a try. We’ll be back soon no doubt once our winter becomes unbearable.

We read a lot of reviews before booking, mostly 4/5 star and some 1 star (don’t understand the 1 star reviews). Lovely apartments, very clean, all staff very friendly and great views of the centre of town. There is no air con, but you know that before you book, yes there is noise from the town centre until at the latest 0400, however close your door and the noise is greatly reduced. We brought small fans out with us because of no air con and they worked fine at night. We were on the 5th floor which was great as in the evening there was a wee breeze. Some of the reviews stated there was little it no maid service, during our 2 week visit (still here) the maids have been in almost everyday and beds changed at least 3 times. There are 191 steps down to the centre which takes 5 minutes, yes coming back up is a chore but if you take your time its actually ok, an alternative is to walk up the road, takes around 15 minutes, but whats the rush your on your holidays right? The only downside for us was the WIFI, not great in the rooms and wouldn’t say super fast broadband, that said it fine at the pool. Have just read a review stating no music at the pool and no floats however the Cala D’Or pool does have music, floats and entertainment during the day and night you are able to access. For us great stay and would definitely be back.
