Just returned after 2 weeks at this excellent hotel. It cannot be faulted. Our 4th visit to this Hotel. The rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the friendly girls who work tirelessly throughout the day. All the staff are so friendly and helpful in all areas of the Hotel. Must commend reception staff , Paco and all on reception friendly and always eager to help. The pool bar staff again work tirelessly, big mention to Silviu, saved my Kindle a couple of years ago !! , and Alexis despite always working hard and under pressure always have a smile and great sense of humour. Also big mention to David the lifeguard ,incredible guy, watching everything around the pool and amazingly friendly and helpful. All in all cannot recommend this hotel enough and it’s friendly staff. Without doubt we will be back.

Really enjoyed our 10 night stay. Had a pool view room as some rooms face a stonewall. Rooms are spotlessly clean. We did a bit of cooking,limited sauce pans etc but can manage. Sun-beds plentiful . The staff are very helpful, a special mention to our wonderful cleaning lady Mary Pino.. what a delight happy,smiling what a great employee for this business. Use the Spar supermarket for you holiday needs it’s fabulous. Also at the Spar you can grab an amazing sandwich and a coffee sat outside in small cafe are for about€3. Will definitely return. Went 22 April the weather was fabulous.

Lovely hotel, good location, rooms have everything you need. Large pool with enough sun beds, my only issue has been the loud music constantly, we have struggled to read either on the balcony or round the pool and have felt at times we have needed to escape it. If this was a young persons hotel I could understand it but it’s families and couples. We have only eaten in the snack bar and that was good value for money. The location is good not to far to the centre. Overall a lovely hotel.

Came here for my birthday with my husband for 10 days and I can't fault the hotel very relaxed very clean and friendly staff and cleaners and to top it all when I returned to my room yesterday the 29th there had left me a nice bottle of champagne which I thought was lovely of them so I would like to say a big thank you for that and a lovely stay would definitely recommend this hotel see yous next April 👍 Margaret

Had a wonderful stay good location lovely view from balcony side view of sea 🌊 room 515 when you come out of hotel turn right and go that way down to the sea no stairs we had bed and breakfast 🍳 lots of choices 🩵😎🏖️☀️ lovely beach sun beds and umbrellas 10.50 euros but only card payment

as an agent I would highly recommend this property, modern clean rooms very spacious and a large balcony, great location to both the beach and the centre less than 10 min walk to both, slightly on a hill but cheap in taxis, wheelchair accessible pool and rooms, PACO hotel receptionist was great to deal with, we will definitely be returning. rooms on 300 floor and above had great view of pool and beach,

Beautiful large clean rooms, cleaned often, friendly staff, especially the evening reception lady and the housekeepers. Main bar man at the pool bar could do with some customer service lessons, not very welcoming or friendly. The only really problem with the hotel is the aircon facilities in the apartment, first of all the air con unit is so weak you hardly get any air out of it, then no units in the bedrooms at all, just the living room, so the nights were really bad getting ready and trying to sleep, maybe got 2/7 nights sleep because of the heat, and that was October, so god knows what July/August is like. Other than that, really happy with the hotel. Did report the aircon problem to reception and tui rep, and the maintenance man did come really quickly, but basically said ‘that’s what the aircon is like, and if you stand in this spot you’ll feel it’ hardly helpful! Location is brill, 10 mins walk down to the main centre and short taxi ride to the upper hill bars, taxis only €4.25 a journey, so good prices. Never had breakfast or evening meal in hotel, but very happy with the food & drinks for the lunch menu, really tasty and good sized portions. Overall, good hotel and would come back, but hopefully the aircon situation will be improved.

Great little hotel, great location. Stayed in room 429, view of pool and sea. Everything you need in the rooms. Spacious lounge/kitchen area, shower nice size too. The apartments are fully functional could do with a bit of refurb, kitchen doors a bit worn as is bathroom. Spotlessly clean everywhere though, wash up liquid and tea towel provided, good sized fridge. Supermarket up the hill better prices and stock than the hotel one. Walking out the shopping centre is about 10 mins, beach about 15 mins. €10.50 for two chairs and umbrella. Great restaurants in the shopping centre. There is a proper shopping mall with nice designer shops further on past the first shopping centre. Only downside at the hotel is the sun bed situation, if you want to sit in a certain area you need to be there early 8 am with your towel. We witnessed two days in a row though 5 loungers with towels on, they were not used until after 3pm, this is not acceptable. The pool attendant didn’t seem bothered about it. If I had seen anyone looking for a lounger I would of said remove the towels.

This place is fantastic its my second time here my son loved it so did we the hotel is very clean the cleaners do a fantastic job the food and entertainment are great to your not to fare away from the beach and the shopping centre I love this place and will be coming back next year the walsh family xx
