세르바투르 아르타구나 - 어른 전용(Servatur Hartaguna - Adults Only)

Genial. La única pega que le pondría sería que no tiene mucho aparcamiento. La piscina genial. Al igual que la habitación. El jacuzzi de las zonas comunes no estaba en funcionamiento.

Just home from a week's stay in these apartments. Absolutely fantastic ! I'm definitely glad I booked this place and have nothing but praise. The place is spotlessly clean, all in white, with ***** lighting along the passageways, making it look very modern. We were fortunate to book 1 of the 8 rooms with the private jacuzzi just outside the room, with the front all covered in plastic grass, 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs, and an outside table. In fact, this made it too easy just to walk out the front doors of your room into your garden area. 5 of these rooms were on the ground floor. ( although not opened yet due to certification, there are 3 disabled rooms that will be available soon ) The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful and will phone you a taxi anytime you require one. This is due to the area's location 1/2 way up, basically a cliff face hill that isn't for those with walking difficulties or those who don't like to push themselves in the heat. Trust me, even walking down the hill takes it out of you. Presently, the taxi costs approx €4.50 up to the Europa Centre or down to the centre of the town that has much more facilities. It's self-catering but you have to use the nearest shop in Montebella, and it has everything you need. The rooftop has a good size pool and plenty of beds and chairs, with plenty of space all around, and then we have the bar/cafe that even has a happy hour. The food here was amazing. The Texan burger ( bacon & cheese) has an inch thick pate, and you get chips with it too. We also got a sandwich which had 3 slices of bread also accompanied with chips..... and very cheap. The staff up here were very nice too. Would I stay here again ? Definitely! Thank you to all who made our week a great holiday

We spent a week here in mid April and honestly it was perfect for us! The hotel is in a great location, sun all hours and although the walk to the centre is a lot of steps; it only takes about 10 minutes and a taxi back up was only around €4. The hotel itself is really well maintained and newly renovated. The rooms have everything you need, the bar and pool area are really tidy and there is plenty of beds and the staff were really really helpful - especially the man and woman on reception. We even got a late check out on the leaving day free of charge! If you’re thinking of booking this place - I would highly recommend you do!

We stayed here for 2 weeks The hotel has just been refurbished so it’s really modern and clean. The pool area is clean, lovely big comfortable beds with cushions, or normal sun beds, never a rush for sun beds you just come down when you want, the pool is freezing. The rooms have everything you would need for a self catering holiday The maids could do more, they change towels every 3 days pool towels every 5 days, but they don’t really clean how they should it’s all a bit of a lick and a promise and we had loads of little ants all round the kitchen. The air conditioning is useless but it was only March, people will struggle in the summer Staff wore friendly specially the men on reception very helpfull Commercial centre is a 10 min walk down 212 stairs ( yes I counted) or you can walk round the road a taxi is 4 euros

Nice, relatively small modern hotel. Pool area very pleasant and good value food and drink at the pool bar. It’s standard fare (burgers and pizza etc.), but cheap and plentiful. Staff there, as in reception, are really friendly. The rooms are pleasant and spacious with the amenities you need for a self catering holiday. The beds were too hard for us, but some may like that. The air conditioning is pretty useless to be honest. It was very warm in February/ March. Not sure how that would work in July / August. Massive plus for us is that it’s a non-smoking hotel. Big thumbs up! Wouldn’t stay here again, but only because we won’t come to Puerto Rico again. It’s not a resort for us. Relaxation is not really on the agenda here. It’s noisy and way way too much ‘little Britain’ for us. But hey…..each to their own. If you want to go to Puerto Rico, you could do a lot worse than stay here.

Overall a good hotel and we would return. It is no way a 2* hotel, more a good 3* (some aspects 2* see below): Pros:  - Beautiful recently renovated hotel - Nice quiet rooms - Lovely pool area - Plenty of sunbeds (were here in the winter though) - A 10min walk to commercial or Europa centres - Staff are friendly - Amazing views - Super comfortable sunbeds/bali beds - Quiet pool area - Relaxed feel and good for couples - Absolutely not a 2* but more a 3* hotel (although 2* with some of the cons below) - Constant hot water in rooms, never ran out - Confortable beds - Very well lit room and good size mirror - No noise from commercial centre - Hotel food decent Cons: - Made to wear purple wrist bands, despite being self catering and bands offering nothing extra - Reserving sunbeds IS allowed by guests and round beds reserved with towels from before 8am (multiple staff see this and do nothing) - Not the cleanest hotel - it looks good because its new but its not well maintained in cleaning - Pool toilets not kept clean throughout the day and had no toilet roll multiple times  - The brief hose down of sunbeds in the morning still leaves dead flies etc on them  - Rooms cleaned but not fully (dirty floors not mopped and sides missed sometimes or no toilet roll given) - Aircon not strong, its old style aircon built into the rooms and not cold. The temperature gauge doesn't allow to set to a low temperature. Checked at reception and it was working fine, its just how the aircon is at the hotel. It cools a little but is not cold and didnt go below 22 degress (which is manageable in winter, but worth knowing if you like a cold room) -There is a sewege smell at back of hotel (next to room doors) and it does come through into the rooms at points.  - A lot of these points have been raised months ago in previous reviews, but seems no action taken as still the same is issues Overall it is a good hotel and with a few minor tweaks, particularly around cleaning, no wrist bands, better aircon and not allowing reserving pool beds, could be even better. 

This apartment complex is modern and very clean. There is a reasonable-sized infinity pool (unheated) with views out to sea. Towels are provided for the pool. There is a jacuzzi but this appears to not be in use. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds both single and doubles. The pool bar/cafe is open for breakfast (continental or American) and is reasonably priced. Happy Hour is between 12-1 pm, 241 on beers and cocktails. It also serves meals during the day, again they appeared reasonably priced. The apartment is equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The TV has access to Netflix and a range of TV channels from across Europe. There are three USB ports for charging devices. There is ample storage (shelves/wardrobe) and a safe. The apartments are over 7 floors so you have to get a lift to the fourth floor and walk up a few steps to take a lift to the upper floors. As the other reviews suggest it is on the side of the valley, and there are many steps down to the Centre. Return taxi to avoid taking the steps no more than 5 Euros. The Spar opposite Mogan Mall is superb and much more reasonably priced than other supermarkets. Very quiet and peaceful. Would return

We've been here for the last two weeks. Fantastic views from our balcony over looking Puerto Rico. The pool is lovely! Excellent service and really friendly staff. The room has everything you need and is serviced most days. As others have mentioned, it's refubished, so it feels new. We love Peurto Rico and hope to return.

Fantastic hotel nothing at all we didn’t like ! Location is very good to watch Sun rise over the mountains each morning. Rooms, Staff and Pool Area all first class, reception even helped with cheaper private taxi transfer both ways from airport Thank you Team Hartaguna we will be back.
