레인포레스트 호텔 셀바(Rainforest Hotel & Cabanas)

Wi-Fi가 작동되지 않는 것 외에는 다른 모든 것이 괜찮았지만, 문이 제대로 닫히지 않았고 가구가 오래되어 방을 개조해야 했습니다.

장비는 비교적 오래되었고 방은 넓지만 그다지 아늑하지는 않습니다. 서비스가 따뜻합니다.

Do not recommend. Extremely dated property in need of refurbishment. Cabin is a ten min walk away from reception on gravel. Arrive to find windows left open in a tropical climate and AC not turned on. Harsh white lighting. The floor was sticky probably due to the previous guest having checked out and the heat causing condensation from the AC. It was clammy and musty. The towels, sheets pillows are too old and yellowing and the mattress was collapsed on one side. There is no phone in the room to contact any staff either. That’s a serious safety and security issue in times of emergency. For a property their size it appears they are understaffed as well. Our flight was delayed and despite checking in around 0100 we proceeded to check out at 0630 and went to Hotel Grand Crucero across the road. There’s really no excuse as hotels around the area are around the same price and offer amenities and furnishings way better than what we expected. I acknowledge my mistake for not having done more research on the property which is why I did not ask for a refund and checked out immediately after getting some rest.

Even though I booked a standard room they told me tehy only had cabanas which I didn’t mind as I was going to stay for one night, but there was a water leakage in the bathroom, the floor was full of water and wasn’t clean, bed sheets were dirty, there was a hair on the pillow case, At the restaurant I ordered empanadas - chicken was not cooked Only good thing about the place is the staff, they were all really helpful and friendly, My expectation was low but it was way below my expectations I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone

Muy buen servicio . Los empleados del hotel muy predispuestos a ayudar y fueron muy gentiles . Las cabañas disponen de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy buenos La hemos pasado muy bien . Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos alli

While the property and main hotel had lots of charm, the cabana that we stayed in had lost much of it. It clearly had not been upkept over the years. There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. Breakfast waa decent and staff were fine, but overall I likely wouldn't stay here again.

El hotel muy mal estado. Mal cuidado. La habitación que nos tocó los enchufes quemados. Hacía corto circuito. Perdía agua el depósito del baño. Olor a humedad. Nos tocaron días de lluvia y en el lobby del hotel se llovía por todos lados. No son pet friendly, pero estaba lleno de gatos, y con la humedad de la lluvia había un olor asqueroso a pis de Gato. Nos tocó habitación que debíamos bajar x escalera. Fui con mi abuela de 86 años. Pedí que me cambiaran y no lo hicieron. En el exteriore sector de pileta también muy descuidado. Un desastre.
