라브란다 로스 코코테로스(Labranda Los Cocoteros)

We stayed for a week in January 2024. This place is directly opposite the beach, balcony had a wonderful sea view. Despite being very close to countless bars and restaurants the accommodation has a good peaceful vibe. We hadn't been to this resort before, so we're very pleased with the location of this accommodation. It was convenient for exploring both the ***** and the old town.

This was our 3rd time staying at Los Cocoteros and it won’t be our last. We arrived on a Sunday night after a two hour delay and when we walked into reception the lady at the desk was surprised to see us. It turns out that the travel company who we had booked with had not informed the hotel that we had booked! Luckily they had a room available and the lady very quickly put our minds at rest. We went to our room which was 511 and it was just as lovely as when we had first stopped. The room has a very spacious bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a bathroom with shower and a hairdryer which was more powerful than it looked. There was a kitchenette with full size fridge with a small freezer compartment , a two ring hob , kettle, toaster, and plenty of plates,glasses and utensils. There is a large seating area with a sofa ,tv air conditioning and a window with a sea view. The balcony has the most amazing views where we happily sat with a glass of wine on the evening. All the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an amazing location with the beach right across the road and restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Although the hotel is on the ***** it is set back a bit, so there wasn’t a problem with noise. We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back.

Holiday booked via easyJet First to note is when you are dropped off via easyJet coach, you’ll have a five minute walk, you’ll need to walk down the hill to the sea front, turn right and walk along the promenade, not a great start late at night, pick up is the same, hill to climb with cases We booked , given ground floor room 310, which has sea views, as long as you don’t mind air conditioned units, satellite dishes etc, you can see the sea, not the image we had expected, would request a top floor room Room is okay, it’s not luxury but it’s still okay. Walls are very thin, heard plenty of conversations, flushing toilets, showers, banging head boards, not enjoyable Outside we had two not matching plastic chairs and plastic table, loungers would have been nice, we went a purchased a couple, nice lying in the sun. There is a pool, very cold, it’s in the shade from lunch time, we went to the beach Location is superb, you’re a flight of steps to the main drag, beach, bars and restaurants are a plenty, loved the location Would we book again, yes, however would need top floor preferably on the end, less noise and great views

I don't think you could get a better location than these apartments. They're slap bang in the middle of Peurto del Carmen right next to all the restaurants and bars and yet they are very quiet. The beach is literally a few minutes away just across the road. We were on the ground floor which didn't have the best view but we could still see the sea as all the apartments face the sea but a higher floor would obviously have a better view. The apartments are nice and spacious and cleaned daily but they are a little tired and dated and could do with a bit of a renovation but it wouldn't stop me from staying in them again. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They're only about 15 mins away from the airport. It cost us around 20 euros. There's nowhere for the taxis to stop apart from on the road so you have to be quick getting in and out but it wasn't a problem. All in all I'd recommend these apartments and would stay in them again but would probably pay the extra for a higher floor.

These were great apartments, stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every single bit of our time here.. excellent location reception staff so friendly and helpful. Had an early flight home and they booked us a taxi that came right on time as we thought it was going to be hard to get a taxi as reception closes at 8pm but they organised one no problem.. The beds where a bit hard and maybe an extra pillow or two would make a difference but other than that I would say these apartments where fab for us.. will definitely be returning to them

This is my second time here.I was also here in September. The apartments are spotlessly clean with great sea views.Staff at reception couldn't be more helpful . What's best of Al is the location.Walk out and your on the *****.Highly recommend these apartments. Will be back in the autumn.

Great apartment lovely and clean, a big bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge with the most amazing balcony you get the sunrise and sunset it’s beautiful so peaceful and quiet even though the bars and restaurants are so close - just a 2 minutes walk to the beach which has toilet facilities and loads of sun loungers - everything you need for a great holiday, shopping, eating out, relaxing or just walking the miles and miles of seafront promenade

We had a good time at this place and decided to stay at this end of town for a change, it’s literally off the ***** but even with it being so close the room was very quiet at night time. The room was clean and a decent size with great sea views. We will stay here again in the future

We have not been to Puerto Del Carmen for many years and were very surprised how it has changed, in our view, for the better. Los Cocoteras was an excellent base just behind the main ***** but very quiet with no intrusive noise. There was a lift from reception up to the 3rd floor and another to access floors 4-6. Our apartment was spacious, clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the basic necessities that we needed. There was always plenty of hot water. Cleaning was 5 days a week with bedding and towels changed on request. Staff were excellent, very friendly and happy to help with any questions. There was a terrace at the front which was at the roof level of the buildings that fronted the *****. We could see the sea and aeroplanes descending into the airport. A large Mercadino supermarket was about 5 minutes walk and had an excellent selection of all the goods we required. I even found a very drinkable Red Wine which they were selling at 2.45euros, bargain! There are numerous restaurants with easy walking distance. We managed to try Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and ‘American Indian’. All were very good and reasonably priced. The weather was far better than we expected, usually 23-26 in the shade and upper 20s/lower 30s in the sun. The only drawback we found was that the coach transfer cannot stop on the ***** so you are dropped off behind the apartments and have to walk downhill and along the front for a good 5 minutes. We booked a taxi back and wouldn’t use the coach again. Overall a great holiday. We would certainly stay at Los Cocoteras again.
