푸에르토 드 라 크루즈 4성급 호텔

3년차에 다시 돌아왔고 내년에 꼭 다시 올 것입니다. 우리는 이 호텔을 좋아합니다. 돈을 위해 놀라운 가치, 훌륭한 수영장 공간 및 수영장 바, 우리는 온수 욕조를 좋아합니다. 우리는 항상 친절한 도마뱀에게 작별 인사를 하는 것이 슬니다. 객실은 훌륭하고 에어컨이 완비되어 있으며 방음 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있으며 암막 블라인드가 있습니다. 모든 직원은 훌륭합니다. 우리는 마지막 날에 집에 가고 싶지 않습니다.

I stayed for 2 weeks in January. I have often been a guest in H10 hotels - none of which have disappointed. However, the Tenerife Playa was the exception. Clearly some refurbishment has been done in the bathrooms (attractive tiling and fittings) but the remainder is definitely overdue care and attention. I realise this is an old hotel, but even so. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The main area which needs huge improvement is the food - which is mediocre. Hot soup tasted of absolutely nothing - but was hot. All Main dishes had a brown ”sauce” which was also tasteless. Even the salads were lacking - why no tomatoes ? or ”french” dressing - just something to add some taste. One night I had a slice of pork (what could go wrong ?) and declined the ”sauce”. The meat was so tough I requested a sharper knife from the maitre D. I tried the replacement with no success and asked the Maitre D to try - he also failed ! This is the only hotel where the best thing was the bread at breakfast !

아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 나는 일주일 동안 머물렀고 바다가 보이는 7 층에 방을 가지고있었습니다. 매일 가정부 서비스로 매우 깨끗했습니다. 차와 커피 메이커는 훌륭했습니다. 네스프레소 머신과 주전자 5개의 다른 커피, 디카페인 및 4가지 종류의 차와 물 한 병이 포함되었습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했고 체크인과 체크아웃은 빠르고 쉬웠습니다. 좋은 터치는 드레싱 가운과 슬리퍼, 세면도구 샴푸, 샤워 젤이었습니다. 그리고 보습제. 칫솔과 치약 면봉 등 손님은 95% 독일인이며 일광욕용 라운저에 수건 한 장도 놓지 않았습니다. 사실 매우 놀라운 것은 매일 온도가 26%임에도 불구하고 일광욕용 라운저의 약 60%만 가져간다는 것입니다. 이 호텔을 5 성급 호텔로 멈추게하는 유일한 것은 식사입니다. 늦은 아침 식사 또는 늦은 저녁 식사를 원한다면 야외 식사 공간에서 식사할 기회가 거의 없으며 때로는 테이블을 찾기가 전혀 힘들고 누군가가 비울 때까지 기다려야했습니다. 또한 핫 플레이트는 가장 효율적인 방법으로 활용되지 않았습니다. 예를 들어 어느 날 저녁 그들은 그릴에 양고기 커틀릿을 먹었고 약 6 명으로 줄을 서서 그리들에 칼릿을 넣는 대신 요리사가 한 번에 한 명만 서빙하도록 요청한 것을 입었습니다. 한 번에 한 명의 손님을 서빙하는 아침 식사에서 같은 일이 일어났고 긴 대기열을 일으키는 양고기 커틀릿 두 개를 얻는 데 약 30 분이 걸립니다. 음식 자체는 훌륭하고 풍부했지만 식당은 대기열과 테이블 부족으로 너무 열악하게 조직되었습니다. 최고 수준의 주방 관리자이며 이것은 쉽게 5 성급 호텔이 될 것입니다.

This hotel needs to decide whether it wants to remain a 4 star establishment or a youth hostel. Our visit was ruined by hordes of teenagers from various schools. They kept us awake during the nite running up and down the corridors banging on doors. We complained twice to reception and was told a manager would come up to our room to speak to us ...this never happened. The staff did nothing to recity complaints. The dining room felt like a school canteen. It was loud and crowded. If you are looking for rest and relaxation avoid this hotel. The food was average certainly not 4 star and often stone cold. On a positive note the rooms were extremely clean and there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. If you have mobility issues then this the hotel is not for you as its on an extremely steep hill.

L'hotel est bien situé et le personnel est très gentil, service correcte au bar-restaurant. Une bonne propreté, les chambres sont faites au quotidien, la vue sur la mer et sur Puerto plustôt sympa. Mais quelques points négatifs, 1 ascenseur qui fonctionnait sur les 3, j'etais au 6 eme étage. Les portes le matin claquent à partir de 7h30 à 8h et plus moyen de dormir, la grasse matinée il faut oublier, la piscine est petite mais a le merite d'exister.

객실은 스위트룸으로 조금 피곤하면 매우 넓습니다. 매우 편리한 냉장고가 완비된 주방 공간. 이 호텔은 언덕 꼭대기에 위치해 있어 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있는 대형 발코니. 음식은 4* 호텔에 대한 좋은 평균이었고 직원들은 훌륭했습니다. 나의 유일한 비판은 그들의 많은 시간이 '프리미엄' 테이블에서 손님을 보는 데 소비되어 확실한 '우리와 그들' 느낌을 준다는 것입니다! 호텔이 가득 찼음에도 불구하고 바 지역은 대부분 비어있었습니다. 특히 어린이 엔터테인먼트가 9.30까지 진행되었을 때 사용하여 성인을 격려하지 않았습니다. 호텔은 분명히 중심에서 나가는 길이며 내리막길은 도보로 약 45분 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 이것에 문제가 없었지만 주중에는 무료 버스가 있지만 많은 사람들이 있을 수 있습니다. 거실 공간에는 필요한 모든 것이 있기 때문에 장기간 이 호텔로 돌아가고 싶지만 멋진 전망이 있는 방에서 뷔페에서 테이블을 얻을 수 있다는 확신이 필요합니다! 베개는 끔찍했습니다. 우리가 더 오래 머물렀다면 가게에서 베개를 사야했을 것입니다!

We were very satisfied with our holiday in this hotel. Location was really good a few metres and you are on the square with train station to Loro park. Opposite the hotel is shopping centre. Everything is near to you! I recommend Loro park, botanical garden and garden with orchids, very lovely. Food in this hotel was very tasty and good choice. Room was cleaned every day. Hotel stuff was very nice. Hotel is good for all age categories. Only bad thing was that you have to set up good temperature of water in bath and you have to be careful in bath because it is sliding. Otherwise very awesome Holliday!!

I stayed for 9 nights in this hotel in December 2023. My transfer to the resort was significantly delayed, over 4 hours, so I arrived tired & hungry. I went to Reception to check in & was told my room had been upgraded to include a balcony, I was also provided with 2 bags of food courtesy of the hotel as they were aware I was running late, sandwiches, fruit & water. I was surprised by this gesture but absolutely delighted. From that moment on I continued to be welcomed & felt the warmth of the staff, from the bar staff, kitchen staff & cleaning staff, everyone was courteous & friendly & made the hotel feel like my home for the 9 nights. The rooms are very clean, an older more authentic look to them but I fell in love with the place. The fridge worked which was good news too! The breakfast in the morning was excellent & plenty of choice. There was entertainment on at night, most of it was very good. The hotel does a deal where you can drink local alcohol & hot drinks for €14 per day (min 3 days), it was excellent value. I spent my birthday at the hotel & arrived back to my room to a card from the staff & a bottle of wine. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very welcome. One word of warning…the hotel is a 15-20 walk from the beach & it’s a reasonably steep descent / ascent so it is tough on the legs…I’m 44 & of a medium fitness level & I found it tiring, so be aware of that.

This hotel exceeded our expectations by far. The buildings don’t look very pretty from the outside, but don’t let that fool you. The rooms have a nice decoration and are very comfortable and spacious. They have a small kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, two sinks and a bidet, and even a hair blower. There was a little bit of mildew in some corners of the bathroom, but this is very frequent in hotels. Every day we would come back to a clean room with our beds nicely made. The beds are comfortable enough and there is plenty of closet space too. In addition, all the rooms have a balcony with beautiful views, which are equipped with a table, 2 chairs and even a hanger to dry out wet clothes. We felt like we were at home from day 1. The hotel premises are wonderful as well. There are two restaurants, one bar, three pools, paddle courts, and a minigolf, all in the middle of a gorgeous garden full of different trees, plants and flowers, and views to the mountains and the ocean. I’ve been to botanical gardens that aren’t half as pretty as this hotel’s park. The breakfast buffet is out of this world as well. There is so much variety, like eggs, charcuterie, fruits and vegetables, pancakes, cookies and other baked goodies, all sorts of different types of bread, drinks, etc. Furthermore, the staff is super friendly, always smiling and willing to help out with recommendations or answering any questions. We felt compelled to leave about €20 worth of tips to the personnel, and we don’t usually tip hotel staff. They also treat you to a welcome glass of sparkling wine (or non-alcoholic cocktail if you prefer), and they even left us a full bottle in our room as a gift one day, because it was my birthday. We’ve read bad comments about the fact that one of the bars has loud music until late at night. We were actually in the bedroom with the wall adjacent to the bar and we can say that we do not share this complaint. The bar is only open from 6 PM to 11 PM. The animation starts at 9 PM and ends at 11 PM sharp. There were a couple of nights where we were tired and went to bed before the animation finished and we were able to sleep through the noise. It really isn’t all that loud in the bedroom, and the music finishes at a very reasonable time considering people in the hotel are on vacation. We also read bad comments about the fact that you have to pay to use the hotel parking lot. We do not share this complaint either. Parking in Puerto De la Cruz is very difficult and the hotel only charges €5 a day for the parking, which leaves you right at the entrance of the building. Even municipal parkings aren’t that cheap. The hotel’s location is also great. About 30 minutes away from the Tenerife-Norte airport, and about an hour away from the Teide and many other points of interest such as Adeje, Anaga park, the capital, etc. Puerto De la Cruz in and of itself is also an interesting city with beautiful beaches and nice restaurants.
