Hotel z doskonałym stosunkiem jakości do ceny. Czasy świetności dawno ma za sobą, ale wystarczający dla chcących coś więcej niż tylko pobytu w hotelu. Dobre śniadania i rewelacyjne obiadokolacje. Basen na dachu (8 piętro). Lokalizacja wspaniała, blisko do centrum, plaży sklepików i knajpek.

L'hotel est bien situé et le personnel est très gentil, service correcte au bar-restaurant. Une bonne propreté, les chambres sont faites au quotidien, la vue sur la mer et sur Puerto plustôt sympa. Mais quelques points négatifs, 1 ascenseur qui fonctionnait sur les 3, j'etais au 6 eme étage. Les portes le matin claquent à partir de 7h30 à 8h et plus moyen de dormir, la grasse matinée il faut oublier, la piscine est petite mais a le merite d'exister.

Bastante bien la verdad, aun que en la hora del Chek-in tardaron bastante, había mucha cola y solamente había una empleada!!

This Hotel is awful. I got to my room and noticed that the locking mechanism on the patio doors was or has been tampered with. I closed the patio doors clicked the switch into its locking position and I could slide the door open quite easily. On closer inspection-see pics, the lock was completely broken and not maintained enabling zero security to my room. Add to that' the room is on the ground floor so it's easily accessible to break in. I complained to the front desk whom said they would notify the maintenance team. After going out for two hours I arrived back in my room and saw that the lock was the same. Back at the front desk they said that it's been looked at and subsequently fixed.. It hadn't. Roll in a disgruntled maintenance man who clicked the lock switch looked and said its fixed. So I demonstrated to the fella and opened up the patio door easily whilst in the locked position. Away he went and 10 minutes later came back with a drill and comedically made some noise with the drill over by the lock and said its fixed. He never did anything to the lock and was clearly not interested in fixing it. Back at reception I aired my concerns and the fella said all of our patio doors in the hotel are expecially can be opened whilst locked. Basically he couldn't be bothered fixing the issue. Incompetent, and willing to put a customer's security potentially at risk. Not good enough in my book customers security is not in their vocabulary. There are alot better hotels to choose from in the area.

Not up to much. Room was ok but shower was unusable due to location of shower housing. Bath water temperature was also not up to much. Hot water in bathroom sink was only a trickle. Room was supposed to be cleaned every day but all that entailed was beds made and quick mop over the floor. On the Sunday evening we were waiting to order drinks. 8 men approached the bar and the bar staff member Marie totally ignored us and served them straight away. This was my 1st holiday in Tenerife and quite possibly my last.

Would never return to this hotel… We had booked for 7 days prior to arrival. Arrived and was told there was a bar with food open, we had booked all inclusive and we then get told we would need to pay for the food in this said bar… Day 1- this was fine, food was average but not the best, so didn’t eat much, the swimming pool was rather small and cold, rooms were clean with small hard mattresses so didn’t sleep the best Day 2- this was when everything went wrong- dinner time on this day, we went for dinner, ate some fish and pork(questionable I know) and managed to contract food poisoning. I then left 4 days early from this holiday due to spending one of the remaining days head down in the toilet Would not recommend this hotel!!!
