알루아 테네리페(Alua Tenerife)

This hotel is beautiful. My room was huge with very comfy beds. The room and whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the lady who cleaned my room was an absolute treasure. I was half board and you were allowed to have lunch or dinner. Both were great and I enjoyed eating tapas 2 of the nights. It’s an easy walk into town across the bridge and past the bus station. With plenty nice little bars and a few shops around the hotel. PDLC is a wonderful place for shopping and walking. It’s beautiful. I am booking to come back as soon as I get home. I have been visiting this wonderful place for 42 years and this was my best stay yet. The only negative is the people who keep reserving all th3 sun beds with hotel towels and hardly ever lie on them. Making a shortage of beds for people who do want to lie in the sun.

Really nice place, staff were great. Had a problem with the pool but they offered alternatives that were great. Food was nice but could be better. Allergens weren't always labelled properly. Rooftop bar was amazing. The bed however was 2 singles put together which moved and separated in the night so it was uncomfortable. Great location. Would probably go again.

All activities are in french which makes you feel like you are in france not in tenerife Boring during evening times- all you do is watch netflix in your room Pool closed for 3 days due to maintenance and movie being filmed Everyday the same food Staff telling you to be quiet because they filming a movie Clean and looking nice hotel however needs big improvements

Location is good, free bus to town centre and lots around, 10 min walk to Loro Parque but far from airport. Rooms are spacious modern comfortable and clean, food is ok good selection but nothing out of the ordinary all inclusive buffet. AI drinks good too. Gym is free for weights cardio is chargeable. Very few English people, mostly French or German. No smoking or vaping anywhere on site - there is a small smoking area with 2 seats and a table, not somewhere you could or would want to sit all day. Staff are ok - some very rude, others really nice. VIP services try to get you to attend a 90 min sales breakfast but you do get €100 voucher for attending, but once you say no they are super helpful. Spa is chargeable and requires you wear a swim cap. Mediocre - not the worst and not the best experience we’ve had but probably wouldn’t come again. Weather was shocking.

Great location, amazing facilities, excellent accessibility for disabilities, lots to do and great food. Also weather was amazing! The beds so comfortable with balcony and nice decor throughout.

Ideal location. Only 15 minutes from town . Rooms clean and well serviced every day. We went half board and were part of a my favourite club. This club meant we could have a snack near reception between 11-7. There was also a fridge full of soft drinks and a bottle of cava in the room. We were initially very impressed with hotel on the first day or so . This impression did not last long. This hotel is unsuitable for English speakers and families as the majority of guests are French and German and are all retired. The staff are incredibly rude particularly in the restaurant . On two occasions they shouted at my daughter regarding things we weren’t told about. This made her very nervous and anxious about doing stuff wrong for the rest of the holiday. My favourite club is crazy when most guests are inclusive. Drinks are not provided with dinner. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will not be going here when we return to Tenerife.

Hotel was clean and nice, we got upgrade to suite and it was very spacious, only bad thing in the room was the pull out couch in living room, when i sat on it, i sunked very deep and it just wasnt comfortable. We had half board, breakfast was good usually but in the dinner there were too little choices, we went to eat somewhere else after the dinner. In the dinner customers were very rude, anywhere else we havent had such bad experience??

great location, accessibility to the beach. I recommend it as a family holiday with children. Nearby are sandy beaches, a zoo, an arboretum and many other entertainments. It's a bit far from the airport, it's better to order a taxi. More expensive, but much faster and more comfortable.

We had very nice and pleasant vacation. Perfect room on the corner with ocean view and balcony. Wide bed, comfortable pillows and blankets, very clean bathroom. We truly enjoyed our hotel room and also pool area. Tasty and various breakfast. We recommend!
