블루베이 갈라파고스 플래닛(BlueBay Galapagos Planet)

No Wi-Fi except in lobby. My room had the feeling of a sanitorium. Plaster peeling off all walls in my room. Pictures are worth 1000 words. My photos really do say it all. Hotel does not have maintenance man on call. The guest works around HIS schedule. Howling dogs all day long.

One star for good aircon , one for Wi-Fi nothing for the rest . Our room was on the ground floor, almost like a cell . There was one small window very high up , and a window onto the hall ( which obviously had to have blinds on ). Room was tiny , no safe , no hairdryer, no real room for cases . Bed was hard, insufficient bed covers and lots of noise from corridor. Shower was cold . Cold drinking water in reception, breakfast basic but ok in a nice setting on the roof . Located close to town but not much else going for it . Avoid if you can. In fairness we didn’t really see any other different looking accommodation on San Cristobal so maybe this is the norm. Best don’t spend much time there and sample all the other delights the island has to offer.

Very outdated place. The bathroom sink was not attached to the base and kept tipping. Shower was ok. Very loud party in the bar next door. Went on till 2:00 am. The walls backed on to it. No sleep that night. Breakfast was ok. Would not return or recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. My main concern was hot water. It’s so difficult to find places with hot water so that was a win for me, (I can’t deal with cold water, I don’t care what system it is; as long as my water is nice hot) My room was very cozy and comfortable and most importantly: super clean. Everything was spotless and the aroma of freshness linens was what I needed at the end of my day. The staff was very well trained, beautiful customer service. The location is very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. exactly what I needed. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Galapagos Planet for Making my stay so pleasant.

Among the amazing things of the hotel, I highlight the incredible view from the rooftop, comfy and spacious rooms, and the kindest staff ever that help us with any request we had. We had a great time enjoying the island while having peace of mind that a clean and tranquil hotel was waiting for us to relax!

Amazing experience!!! Staff was very helpful, the rooms and the entire building are clean and beautiful, Is pretty closed to the airport and I love the location! I travel with my Husband and we had the time of our lives!! Can't wait to go back Highly recommend

Great overall experience! Central location, staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. But it is Galapagos here for the nature! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you!!!

We loved the breakfast, the location is pretty convenient close to the airport and pier. Our stay was comfortable, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they explained very well all the island’s spots and how to reach them. I really recommend it.

Be sure not to get a room on the right side of the hotel. It is next to a bar that plays music and the rooms are not sound proof. I am in room #2 which is next to the lobby and adjacent to the bar next door. Very noisy and difficult to sleep. This is my first night here and I’ve requested to change rooms. Hoping to get a room tomorrow that is not as noisy.
