My own experience didn't match the good ratings the property has achieved. I experienced very poor service, with no understanding and lack of long term thinking. I am sorry I let myself fooled by the good ratings, because the interactions with the owners was totally the opposite

Stayed here for one night en route to Salzburg. Very warm welcome from the manager who was very helpful and showed us to our room. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with access to a patio area with a lovely view of the mountains. We used the restaurant on the evening, the food was good and the service great. Breakfast had a variety of choices but the cooked food not to English tastes I think, but that's to be expected. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but if we'd stayed longer we'd have asked and I'm sure they would have accommodated us someway. Would definitely stay again.

The reception service was very personal and very good. The room was spacious, clean and very satisfactory. The dinner was below most standards... not very good service and the food was dry and tasteless. Luckily there was an ice cream bar nearby, so you could get the bad, greasy taste out of your mouth. Very disappointing experience from the restaurant all in all. Breakfast was OK.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely facilities and very clean. The food was brilliant and they have a spacious garage for us to keep our motorbikes as well as a drying room for wet gear. The heated pool and relaxation room were so welcoming after a long day riding the passes. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. The staff were very helpful and super friendly.

I didn’t know that the Hotel is under construction. At 6 am the church bell gives you a wakeup and at 7am the hammer 🔨 Beat starts. We had falling wood in front of our terasse. The workers doesent care about SecurePlus fances.

Onze laatste avond van een geweldige skivakantie verdiende een mooie uitsmijter. Het restaurant van hotel Post leek ons een goede keuze en we kregen geen spijt. Vriendelijke bediening, heerlijke gerechten uit de keuken en redelijk betaalbaar. De verse forel filets zijn een aanrader!

Super séjour dans cet hôtel, personnel très accueillant et sympathique, chambre très propre, repas excellent, je le recommande vivement !

Das Hotel Post in Prutz kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und auch dem Frühstück in jeder Hinsicht voll zufrieden. Die Zufahrt war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs im Juli 22 wegen Straßenbauarbeiten etwas erschwert.

Sehr freundliches Personal, guter Ausgangspunkt für Motorradtouren. Garage für Motorräder
