호텔 카포 산 비토(Hotel Capo San Vito by Geocharme)

We save all of our points to have a 4 star stay in San Vito Lo Capo with our 3 year old son. When we arrived to the hotel, we checked in and went to our room. It was 28 degrees in there, We tried to turn the air on, and it did not work. We asked the front desk, and she said "I'll turn it off and turn it back on again, Then it should work." It didn't work at all. I couldn't sleep because it was so hot. The next day apparently there was a leak in the hotel. We had workers in and out of our room. Taking pieces of the room out and making it very hard for my 3 year old to nap. The next thing we know, they are telling us they need to shut down the water. We couldn't flush our toilet! Not only did we not have air conditioning in our room, we were given another room to go to, to use the bathroom. It was too small for the 3 of us to sleep in. However, it was 18 degrees. So clearly the air conditioning worked in some room, and some not. So They lied to us. And gave us a fan... When we complained, they did not offer to change our rooms, they only offered us a free dinner at our hotel. We already had reservations that night that we didn't want to cancel. He offered to pay our bar bill. We decided to take it up with the manager when we checked out. The next morning, we checked out and the person checking out, was going to charge us $125 for drinks at the bar and snacks! We said, uh no, we should not have to pay that! Ridiculous. They didn't offer to refund any money for our stay. Not even one night where we couldn't use our toilet! I should have listened to the reviews. So many bad ones. Not worth it. They take advantage of the fact that they are right on the beach. But honestly, I would have rather stayed across the street at a 3 star hotel. We would have a much better experience!

Good time but it could have been better if the ac worked all the time. Staff is nice and welcoming. Beach is a few steps away but over the weekends in august it gets overwhelmed with tourists and water can be dirty while during the week it’s awesome.

Not up to expectations. From a 4-star hotel you would expect something better. AC didn't work. either you sweat or you freeze. You cannot control the temperature of your room. Breakfast choice is very limited. A lot of extra payments. The location is beautiful, but the service should be improved.

We returned to this hotel after 3 years. We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was of a good standard and the hotel was clean throughout. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very welcoming and the restaurant was of a high standard. The location was in our hearts because it is magical: the hotel is on the sand!!! We recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Capo San Vito. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was to a good standard and the hotel was clean throughout. We found the junior suite a good size for two adults and a twelve year old. We had no issues with noise during our stay. Some of the reviews that we read for this hotel prior to our stay were a concern, but we did not experience any of the issues mentioned. We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

the staff was fantastic and made us feel at home. Laura was a wonderful server and went above and beyond for us.

Hotel told us we couldn't drink tap water then charged us for bottled water. They wanted 30 euros for 2 beds and umbrella on the beach for 2 hours - we got it elsewhere for 10 euros. Basically charging for things that are always included in 4* resorts (as they rate themselves.)

We arrived late, car was waiting for us , a fantastic driver was waiting for us and was very friendly and informative. The person on reception was very helpful, we had a bottle of wine by the sea. They brought up our bags to the room and were so friendly, Laura the next morning looked after us for breakfast and the whole week ,always chatting and laughing, thank you , we will be back ASAP

So smelly I have to start by saying that the staff are really lovely. Very welcoming. We arrived quite late and were shown to our rooms (we had 3) our room absolutely stank of sewage. It was disgusting. We were offered a bottle of what I’m guessing was disinfectant to spray in our room! Outside the hotel, which they explained was not their fault, was an enormous generator. It is so loud. They should really tell people before they book about it. It is honestly so loud! Usual busy Italian beach. Sea absolutely crystal clear. Food great. Hotel disappointing
