This hotel is truly stunning! It features an infinity pool, a jacuzzi pool, and a kid-friendly pool, catering to every type of guest. The property also boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, an outdoor gym, a wellness spa, and numerous other amenities designed to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Although the hotel is about 20 minutes from the main tourist area of Amalfi, they conveniently offer a complimentary shuttle service. The hotel is impeccably clean and, with a capacity of only 70 guests, offers a quiet, peaceful atmosphere—exactly what we were looking for.

Fantastic hotel with the most friendly staff. Nicest breakfast and best hotel of the 3 we stayed at in Amalfi. Hotel is brand new and is sparkling clean. Two pools to choose from with amazing views all over. Excellent food and a Michelin star restaurant. You won’t be disappointed once you experience the breakfast. Definitely opt for the inclusive option. Amazing spa and shuttle to nearby towns. Concierge very helpful in arranging beach clubs, dinner reservations, & transport. Service makes a difference and they are crushing it here. Will definitely return.

The hotel is magnificent and the experience was first class in every way from the rooms, facility, food and service. No detail has gone unnoticed at this incredible Sanctuary that is nested away from the crazy hussle and bustle of the Amalfi Coast. We will absolutely be back.

The hotel was very nice and staff is very accommodating and polite, my only complaints would be the shuttle service only running a few times a day. The hotel is pretty isolated in that area the hotel should offer this service all day until at least 7 or 8 to allow people to go to dinner . The hotel was also very stingy with water, you had the practically beg for it and when they brought it , it was a new me small bottle. They would charge you $11 per bottle at any of the restaurants or bar. The bottled water cost them nothing they were refilling the water so i don’t understand why they wouldn’t want their guest to be comfortable especially when you can’t get to a store to buy water. The other complaint was being charged for breakfast just seemed very cheap and a total money grab. Also at the restaurant Bluh which there were 4 of us our bill was very expensive . Right when we arrived we were asked if we wanted a glass of champagne we said sure, other than my wife who is pregnant. They proceeded to pour her champagne and she said she didn’t want any. When the bill came we were surprised to see that we were charged $40 per glass for this champagne including my wife who told them she didn’t want any, nor did she drink it. I mentioned it to the waiter and they completely ignored me. The front desk corrected it at check out because we were clearly upset but overall they should tell people of this charge and not act like it’s free. The only other issue we had was the gym , it’s very nice they offered a gym but it is not cleaned or maintained. They had two treadmills one didn’t work and the other one sounded like it was going to blow up.

5-star property with 3-star service. The rot at this property starts at the top, with the General Manager embodying the unprofessionalism that plagues the entire operation. His disheveled appearance and lackluster demeanor are a stark contrast to what one would expect from a high-end establishment. When I requested the owner's email to provide direct feedback, my request was denied, likely due to GM’s interference. As a result, I’m sharing this review to help you make an informed decision. Despite the property’s stunning visuals, as the GM himself noted, “It was a 5-star property before the renovation.” Today, it’s clear that while the setting is still beautiful, the service is woefully inadequate. The Michelin-starred restaurant was a significant letdown. The receptionist's dismissive comment, “Probably you don’t like fine dining?” after my wife’s honest critique was an appalling way to treat guests. This was especially egregious considering we were the only diners that night at a restaurant built for 50 to 60 guests. Ant infestations were a daily issue, with swarms of ants visible throughout the hotel, including in the Michelin restaurant. On one occasion, dead ants littered the floor, making a disturbing crunching sound underfoot. Service at the restaurant was subpar. The chef never acknowledged us, and the staff’s English was barely adequate, leading to unclear explanations of the dishes. The sommelier was overly aggressive, diminishing the dining experience. I had requested silverware at the start of the meal, yet was again served finger food during the final dessert course, which included ice cream. This disregard for my request led to a meal I couldn't enjoy, culminating in a bill of 600 euros—far exceeding the value provided, especially considering it was the worst of 9 fine dining experiences on our trip. At checkout, the Bellman’s intrusive questioning about the mini fridge was unprofessional and unnecessary, given my credit card on file. Breakfast service was equally disappointing. Arriving just before the end of service, I was given a disdainful look and had to be cleared to sit by the restaurant manager. Overall, this property feels like a facade for a once-great hotel, now struggling under a poorly trained staff and mismanagement. While the setting is spectacular, the service and operational standards fall far short of what is expected from a 5-star and Michelin-rated establishment. Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this property. There are far superior options available on the Amalfi Coast and beyond.

Amazing hotel. I love good hotels and have travelled to many places and this is possibly my favourite hotel. I have stayed in much pricier hotels that don’t even come close to this. The pool is just heaven. It is heated to the perfect temperature. It has a zen like atmosphere, with a dj who plays very calm chilled music. The pool side barman makes delicious cocktails and the setting and view are hard to beat. The hotel is slightly isolated. It’s a 20 min drive to Amalfi and another 20-30 min drive from Amalfi to Positano. We wanted to explore the area but we just enjoyed the pool and hotel so much we struggled to leave. Their breakfast is exceptional with the best looking (and tasting) pastries. There is a very nice restaurant as well as a Michelin star restaurant. When we arrived we were upgraded which is always a pleasant surprise. What really shocked me was the attention to detail. I don’t like too much next to my bed, and I had the phone next to me, which I placed on the floor so I could charge my devices etc. Tonight when I returned to my room an extra small table was placed next to my bed……… without me saying one word. That’s what I call initiative and good service. My husband and I have decided even though we travelled so far to get here, we will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I stayed at.. Everything was perfect, the view is just amazing. Normally I don't give many reviews as it takes time. But this one I went out of my way to do it. I want to give a 5 star to the staff and team here.. They went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. If your looking for a good location this is not the place as its 15mins drive from town, but they do have taxi service hotel can provide to u. This is a place where you want 5 star service an experience for quiet and peace

This hotel is beautiful and the views are incredible and so relaxing. The hotel is very clean. The service and physical space are impeccable, and the staff are so accommodating and willing to try and meet each and every need. We were given an upgrade for our room, which was much appreciated since I was celebrating a milestone birthday. I truly have no complaints about this hotel. Yes, it is very costly, but absolutely worth it. However, if I had to highlight anything that future guests should consider is the location. If you are looking for a location to essentially and pretty much exclusively relax, then this hotel is perfect. Otherwise, you must be prepared to travel daily and often for any excursions, dinners, or entertainment. The hotel is very secluded and there is no nearby ferry other than Amalfi (which is close). However, the hotel is beautiful. If you opt to venture out, be prepared to pay $90-$100 + for every cab ride. There is a hotel shuttle, but the schedule is limited and takes you only to two locations to access ferries that do not necessarily correspond well with the overall ferry schedule. It is tough to simply walk out of the hotel to do anything because it is not safe to travel on the main road (Amalfitana Drive) due to its narrow road and treacherous driving.
