로소 프리잔테(Rosso Frizzante)

3.5 stars! Welcomed by the owner himself thanks to friends, Italo, who on top of being a great host happened to be an incredibly passionate tour guide.l we have learnt from. Thank you very much Italo for making our stay special, we have enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend your hotel.

Very good experience staying in this hotel, extra comfortable large bed with large bathroom and beautiful balcony. Staff is heplfull and always kind and nice to their guests. Good breakfast. Definetly will stay again if I come in this part of Italy

Clean with great location to the best restaurant int the town, and below the hotel is a supermarket with all the products you need, really clean! The breakfeast is fantastic, really Italian style, the stuff is nice we see them 99% smiling. We sayed there for a week and the location is so much in the middle, we managed to visit: Venice, Verona, Florence, Pisa and went back to Bergamo :)

The photos have nothing to do with reality. The hotel is old and neglected. The air conditioning is terrible and the bed worse.

Beds we're comfortable, pillows were nice. Staff was friendly and they had great options for a continental breakfast.

The hotel is very clean and so were the rooms. The rooms themselves were very spacious and comfortable. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel which was convenient. The breakfast was disappointing and a very limited selection. Almost all the food was sweets/desserts, with the croissants and milk being the "healthy" option. There are no hot foods available for breakfast only biscuits/cookies and pancakes. Most of the staff were polite and the cleaning woman especially was very nice. However, the reception woman was very rude and dismissive (couldnt care less if you wanted to stay at the hotel or not). She had a very short temper and would sigh and huff at the most basic requests (asked for a pen). An issue occurred when I was having breakfast and I forgot my mask in the room (it is allowed to sit and eat without a mask but cannot walk around the hotel). I apologised and explained I will finish my food and then go back to my room to get it, she started shouting in Italian (this was after we had been speaking in English and she knows I cant speak Italian) and was making a scene in the breakfast room. All in all my encounter with her from the moment I checked in to this incident drastically dropped my opinion of the entire stay.

Good breakfeast

Spazi molto accoglienti, camera molto ampia e bagno ancora di più! Vasca idromassaggio e doccia super! Colazione squisita, con tanto di macchina per i pancake, torte, frutta e tanto altro. Consigliatissimo anche per la zona comoda e vicinissima ad ogni servizio.

La struttura è molto pulita, sia nella hall che nelle camere. I bagni sono puliti e spaziosi. La colazione è molto ricca e variegata, dai salati ai dolci, caffè e quant’altro. Il personale è gentile ed educato e molto disponibile. Consiglio questa struttura.
