호텔 올림포 아르누에로

We were a coach trip of 48 and had a fabulous 7 night stay at this hotel and the location is amazing, the rooms were excellent plus the facilities. But what made the experience for us was the incredible friendly staff who were so hospitable and the wonderful food that we had. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying or touring Cantabria

4 stars I think not! Awful run down, dirty hotel even the rooms were unclean! We went for a snack to be told there were none, restaurant is closed! And then 10 mins later the waitress ran up to me and said we could have a sandwich!The worst service I've ever received from the hotel manager. I booked a double room for 2 nights but when we got there it was 2 single beds! I tried to resolve the issue with the hotel receptionist but was told there were no doubles for the first night but was for the second. I decided to cancel and go elsewhere but was told I would be charged for the lot even though this was not what I'd paid for. The manager was extremely unhelpful and just argued that this was the normal at this hotel that you get what you get and that was it! We left the hotel and have now raised a dispute with the bank and the hotel! Stay away from this awful hotel, I would never recommend it to anyone 😡

This hotel made out holiday. The rooms are a little tired but comfortable and we had a fabulous view over the pool and sea. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, but it was the same every day. Good quality food. There is a cheerful bar where you can get Spanish type snacks and their G and T was bowl over strong. (6 Euros) It has a pretty garden overlooking the sea and while we were there they had 4 weddings in three days! However, they did not disturb us, in fact it was great to look at the guests while having a glass of wine above. As the Spanish (and the hotel and resort are very Spanish) do not drink much tea they do not provide a kettle and tea and coffee in the rooms. I kicked myself as I could easily have brought the travel kettle from home. It's a smashing place - you do have to wade a river to get to the beach, but if that is not for you there is a road that takes about 15 mins to walk. Recommended.

Very efficient and well run hotel in a lovely position overlooking the coast.I stayed recently as part of a group tour and as a single I had a double room, very spacious, modern bathroom, with balcony overlooking the beach and sea.Everything was immaculate and the meals with wine well presented.A pleasure to stay there and a great insight into a wonderful part of Spain.

Habitación con mobiliario muy antiguo los dos primeros días estaba fría (tenían la calefacción apagada) , manchas de humedad en pared y ventanas, tuvimos problemas de goteras en el baño. Eso si las vistas excelentes pero deberían darle una vuelta en general al hotel

Trato personal y adaptado. Buen entorno, acceso privado a la playa u barquero que te cruza de una playa a otra para que no tengas que mojarte. La comida muy buena!!Especial mención a los camareros Fernando y Cruz que han demostrado ser unos auténticos profesionales. Volveremos
