일리아다 비치 호텔(Iliada Beach Hotel)

Could nit pick and say this hotel needs a bit of sprucing up outside, but that is a minor issue imo. For location it was perfect, beach a stones throw away, and at the front of the hotel, bars and restaurants, didn't find the food very appetising, but then I am very fussy, and to be fair, I've yet to come across a hotels buffet meals that I did like. Breakfasts were fine though, for this reason we don't go all inclusive. Staff were friendly,. We would most definitely go back to this hotel.

Just back from an enjoyable week at the Iliada, having been moved to this hotel from the Tsokkos Protaras as we were very unhappy with the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation. The Iliada was lovely, our room was bright, spacious and comfortable, the shower room was clean and modern. The food was of good quality and there was a good choice. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds. But what really made our stay memorable were the staff. All the staff were polite, helpful and obviously took pride in their roles. A special mention to Jeremie who was on the bar each evening, making some fabulous cocktails! He is an asset to the hotel, so charming and friendly. The hotel still needs some upgrading in areas to meet the standard of a 4* hotel, and once this is done it will be fabulous. One suggestion- we were surprised not to find a mattress protector on the bed which would help with both hygiene and comfort and I think these should be fitted as standard on hotel beds.

OK! Where to start? I got married here at The Iliada some 20 years ago. I have had many really great holidays here! So i witnessed the decline with horror over the past years! Now it has re opened with a refurb. So i believe ALL of the rooms have now been done, and they all look amaing ! The breakfast area floor is new and there is a lot of new stuff unseen to the eye. I have spoken to the manager about his plans and he has plenty in mind which is all positive! More work was scheduled last Winter but weather conditions hindered a lot of the refurb planned. The Iliada opened late which meant an issue obtaining staff and organising entertainment but opened they did and obviously had issues at the start but you can see the effort is being put in. Im in room 308. Its fine....no complaints, however the toilet - bathroon is a tad small but you get by! The bed is superb and the aircon is excellent. Georgina and Eleni are still here and they are superb on the front desk. There is no Makis on the bar as he is at The Silver Sands. The bar area is quiet but if you dont like quiet, step outside and go to the ***** for your fun and entertainment! The food has been ok...not all hotel is to my liking but what i have had has been hot and edible. Some of the waiters look scruffy in jeans and i much prefer waiters more suitably dressed in ties etc...just my thing! Breakfast has been great no complaints. There is a little entertainment for the kids with a mini disco. The pool area remains unchanged from what i can see but im sure phase B of the refurb will turn the fortunes of this hotel and return it back to its former glory. As it stands this hotel gives you value for money! It is work in progress but i truly believe the manager will oversee phase b of the refurb over the Winter and next Summer The Iliada will once again be the jewel along the beach front.

Stayed at the Iliada in October and it’s great to see it open again. The rooms have had a much needed upgrade and now are up to a great standard. The food could do with some working on, found a lot of the time the hot breakfast was usually cold. But it is buffet style so maybe I was just going at the wrong time! Didn’t eat here for dinner so unable to comment on that. The rest of the hotel (outside of the rooms) could do with a little work and renovation to bring it back to the standard the hotel once was but fingers crossed that will happen during the winter period. Big shoutout to Georgina and Elena on reception who are always to helpful!

We had been guests in Iliada in the past and were very upset when it closed down during COVID, so it was really great to come back this summer. The hotel rooms were renovated and look really good, its location is the best on the beach, but it is the people who work there that make the hotel a perfect stay. The new manager is really nice and helpful, no request or feedback was unlistened to. The new chef, Lefteris, is very creative - we had two vegeterians in our group and he went well and above in order to prepare special very good food for them (and the kids). Nicky made sure all the rooms are alwyas clean and the hotel well kept. And off course, the amazing reception girls: Eleni, Georgina, Alexandra and Stavroula, who really really made our stay the best possible. We will definitely come back, thank you all!

Hotel very clean and that's where everything goes down hill what can I say food was absolutely filth drinks horrendous green where sunbeds are is disgusting not clean at all on the bright side the pool is beautiful

I have just had the most enjoyable holiday at the Iliada protaras. The hotel is very clean. The staff are very efficient and caring and are always there if you need help. They are very approachable lovely people. Jeremy the barman is always smiling and very helpful. He will most certainly make you the best Pina Colado.

Amazing stay at the hotel, the staff are very friendly and very helpful, the rooms are cleaned everyday, towels replaces everyday and bed sheets and covers etc changed everyday, rooms are very clean, I stayed out here for a month in total and I will definitely be back to stay again.
