Friendly staff, clean common arias, clean rooms, excellent food.

Wonderful hotel all the staff are professional and friendly. Hospitality here is second to none and the breakfast is first class, I usually don’t go to breakfast. The quality of the food was delicious. We stayed in room 402 beautiful views. The sun bed situation worked well for us as we had a good spot. But the beach beds were 5 euros for 2. The dune around was good value 120 euros for 5 meals we were only there for a week and didn’t want to tie ourselves down. However we went to the lemon grass which I love. We also went to the steak house at side of hotel, The New York ***** was delicious, only negative for me was the slow service? Because we didn’t book priorI would stay here again

We’ve just returned from another holiday at the fabulous Sunrise Beach. Everything about it is exceptional - its situation on the beach, the newly renovated pool area, the beautiful gardens, spacious rooms, lovely food, and the dine around options in the hotel’s restaurants are great, with a choice of Greek, Italian, Asian, Steak and Fish. The jewel in its crown of this place is the wonderful staff! Maria and her reception team are so welcoming and helpful, along with Anka, the guest relations officer, who is charming. Neo uses his magic to ensure the dining room and taverna run like clockwork, along with the lovely Maria and many happy, smiling waiters and waitresses. Jaki and his team take great pride in preparing delicious buffets, with the Greek and Cypriot evenings being our favourite. The lovely Justine greets everyone so warmly as they pass through the bar. Lenka and her team of bar staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Yiannis at the beach bar makes THE best strawberry daiquiris ever! Taha and the boys manage the sunbeds very well, and will do their best to find a spot in your preferred area. We can’t wait to return!

We returned to Sunrise Beach after visiting for the first time in Oct 2023 and being well and truly spoilt by everything and everyone at the hotel. So we came bk in April and brought my sister in law along with us. Again, Sunrise Beach just blew us away! Everything from the warm welcome when you arrive, to the caring and attentive staff at the bars, at meal times, and the beautiful rooms which are kept amazingly clean. All topped off by being located by the beautiful beach! It's just all perfect! Special mentions to the wonderful Justine who gave us tips on places to visit and chatted to us when serving us drinks from the bar by reception. Anca, who was there to greet us every morning at breakfast and made sure we were having a lovely holiday. Jackis, the head chef who was forever making sure the food was piping hot and perfectly prepared - it was delicious! No night disappointed, lots of variety and delicious soups, we love the food. It's rare we find somewhere that my husband can enjoy so much as he is a slightly picky eater but here there is no problem - he had a full plate everytime. Jackis was always checking to make sure we were happy, which is a nice touch, you can tell he wants to make sure everything is the best it can be. And also thanks to Maria, Barisha and Chrisitos who served us at lunch time, again making sure everything was served on time and asking us how our day was etc. And finally Daniel, our tui rep who was always there with a smile, saying hello and remembering us from last year. Everyone here just goes that extra mile. This hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay and we will most definitely be returning. Thank you guys, see you soon 🥰 from Kim and Kev Xx

We had a great holiday at the Sunrise Pearl. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The pool area is clean and attractive. The bed is very comfortable but I would have liked the option of a foam pillow. (this is my only complaint) The shops and restaurants are very close by and offer up a selection of good food. We will be back for sure.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were excellent. Daniel the TUI rep was brilliant,very knowledgeable and very helpful. The hotel position was excellent,right on the beach,near to all the water activities and close to all the shops and restaurants. Can't recommend this hotel enough, really made my holiday something to remember.

This is such an amazing hotel and is a must for anyone coming to Cyprus. We arrived to a champagne reception, friendly and efficient check In and a spotless room which had everything we needed. They allocate sunbeds to you do there us no having to.get up and put your towel out to reserve a bed. Best system by far. Food was amazing and as we were half board we got to dine not only in the hotel but 5 very local restaurants which were very generous Portions which we couldn't finish. Hotel staff are all so friendly but have to mention Justine who works in the bar who greeted us daily and couldn't do enough for us. We travelled with TUI and their hotel rep, Daniel cannot be praised enough. I had a number of health issues to deal with which he assisted with and spent so much Time sorting for me, he never made me feel like a pest and organised everything I needed. Just brilliant. So many friendly and helpful staff and you can see they enjoy helping you enjoy your holiday. Will definitely be back. Thank you Sunrise beach from Paula (the lung one) and Sue ,(the crazy one,) x

We’ve been looked after at the beach bar by Head Barman Yiannis and Xeni for the last few years of visiting - they’re so friendly and welcoming. Their Daiquiris and Mojito’s are the best in Protaras beach! The food is great too, highly recommend the freshly cooked to order Pizza and the Hotdog. We always come back here as we know it’s the best. Thanks for an amazing welcome guys!

Very comfortable beds, rooms a good size, you choose your sunbeds on the first day for the duration of your holiday what a bonus, the food is excellent giving you a choice of six different restaurants outside of the Hotel, if half board these are free with some very small supplements on a few items, all staff are brilliant and very help full, Maria on reception and the other staff, and Lenca and Justine on the bar with all the other bar staff , some of the restaurant staff looked new but always happy to learn, and smiling, as we was with TUI we had a great representative called Daniel who was very informative.
