On the day of arrival you receive an email with a code to the door. It took us a bit of time to figure out which door (there is a main door going up some steps and a door downstairs). Personally I would love someone at reception to tell you a bit more about your hotel, room etc but we figured it all out. Lovely rooms, the suite at the top floor can get a bit warm even at just 20 degrees. There is no airconditioning but a fan (that works well). Next morning at breakfast we got to know Nathalie. Very lovely and welcoming. The breakfast is outstanding with eggs cooked to order. Ham and cheeses from a local shop, we even took some home as we loved it so much. As we had some bad weather the honesty bar and the big sitting area was very welcome and comfortable. We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. We got some restaurant tips from the website and tried multiple places, we loved "Le café de la Gare" and "Le Moma"

The beautiful Hotel Vedette superbly renovated, comfortable clean with all the modern conveniences! The breakfast is amazing and the owners are so friendly and helpful. The town of Profundeville is a cute little town with great restaurants!

OK so first impressions were not great as the neighbours property which is joined to this building is having a complete renovation. Other than being unsightly it caused no disturbance to us at all and my advice is use a photo online for your photos and ignore it as what is behind the hotel doors outweighs and minor disappointment. The building has been renovated to a very high standard and is gorgeous and very insta friendly. First impressions are just wow. They have created a very contemporary interior whilst being sympathetic to the building. We loved the large lounge and honesty bar. Every piece of furniture has been carefully considered and no expense has been spared on creating a stunning hotel. The hosts are friendly and professional and the hotel even benefits from a lift. The bedrooms were large in size and filled.with everything you need the area for hanging your clothes open and so not for everyone but we loved the designer feel. To the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and there www plenty of light. The hotel also offer lots of extra so definately read the welcome pack. Breakfast was very nice and lots of choice.

Lovely hotel with amazing views, comfortable furnishings and great bath/shower. Space to relax and take in the surroundings. Only downside was lack of air on however, this is made clear when booking so can’t hold it against them. Would highly recommend

Stayed here for just two nights on a recent trip to explore the Ardennes. We had the romantic package which came with some Nuxe body care goodies and breakfast + aperitif. Everything at Hotel Vedette is immaculate. Stunning decor with really great colour scheme and well thought out detals. Everything is just good quality. Our room was huge, with comfy bed, great shower (and a bath which we didn't get a chance to use) and lots of space. The breakfast and aperitif were excellent - eggs cooked to our liking, champagne, delicious cheese, bread and cold cuts. The owners were super quick to respond on email and very nice in person. The hotel is in a great little town - there are tons of restaurants to choose from if you spend time there, and the river is super cute. We drove to Dinant to look around which isn't far away. Parking is easily available at the hotel too. Our room faced the street but its a quiet town so I didn't hear any traffic noise while sleeping. I can't fault a thing over our entire stay. Definitely the place to stay if you want something stylish and unique.
