라 스위트 부티크 호텔(La Suite Boutique Hotel)

Struttura sporca, trascurata. Piscina sporca. Il ristorante esterno “il pescatore”, della stessa proprietà dell’hotel, pessimo. Pessima esperienza. Sconsigliatissimo!

This hotel is beautiful, pool is lovely. All the Staff is very nice. Antonio & Salvatore are really hard workers and extremely helpful. Everything was wonderful. The maid cleans so good everything was spotless and replaced every day. My only suggestion is to replace the chef. Eggs for breakfast weren’t good at all. Lunch was better than dinner but then again how can a tuna sandwich be bad… Antonio & Salvatore’s service made up for it. Thank you for our time!

We stayed for 6 nights at La Suite in September. It was our first visit to Procida and we were looking forward to having a quiet and relaxing retreat. The hotel is lovely, clean and green. We booked a room near the pool. The bed was large and the pillows very comfortable and soft. The bathroom was spacious. The pool is absolutely beautiful, shaded slightly by palm trees, with a prompt drinks and food service. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. Other points to note: We arrived 2 hours later than expected (around 22:00 due to flight delays) and the hotel staff didn’t make it a problem. They also allowed us to do a late check out on the morning of departure, which was appreciated. Marina, the receptionist, was exceptionally helpful - she was always kind, polite and friendly in response to our numerous requests for help organising dinner reservations and understanding (the free) bus routes, among other things. She made everything smooth and easy for us, and is a real gem. Thank you Marina!

We enjoyed our stay and if we didn’t have to leave for work we would have extended! The staff are wonderful, Antonio our server at the restaurant was so helpful and Ivan the driver was so personable. Everyone at reception was kind. Beautiful location, fresh food, and great drinks. Well priced for the exclusivity, location, and ambiance. The room was beautiful, clean, and secluded. Super comfortable pillows- AC and Wi-Fi work well. We will be back! Grazie mille 💖

Very nice Hotel full of facilities like bus shuttle, spa and swimming pool. At your check out you can stay all the day using the swimming pool surrounded by a lot of plants. The pool was a bit dirty but the hotel was sold out and the reception girl was not very helpful. In general it was a very nice stay.

We stayed here as part of a photography workshop and while the property does have some wear-and-tear, the staff from the pool area to reception - especially Marina (grazie!!) - was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. And it's an easy walk to the beach (where Il Postino was filmed). The island itself is just wonderful and even in our short time there, i can see why it was named Italy's Capital of Culture for 2022.

This is an oasis of relaxation designed to help you refresh. It’s location away from the busy parts of Procida means it is quiet with a large and diverse garden space to suit everyone. The staff are the most efficient I have seen in an environment of this kind. They bend over backwards to meet the needs of guests. Great ideas on what to do and where to eat and they happily make reservations on your behalf. The pool is certainly a must. The rooms are spacious, clean with sufficient supplies each with a private balcony for privacy. I cannot think of a better place to unwind. Go on, try it.

The resort is still under construction. care of outdoors is minimal. staff of restaurant and pool what changed my neg impression about other services of the resort, including admin, reception and room cleaning. the island is fantastic. the hotel is using this opportunity only to brand itself. 3 days spent nicely unfortunately not because of the hotel facilities. prices are not of the expected quality.

Cisa è successo a questo hotel ? Sono arrivato pieno di aspettative , in una struttura dalle foto incantevole …ma superato l incantevole arco di gelsomini ,ti imbatti in un hotel con un progetto notevole ma malandato e trascurato ! Ruggine ovunque , dalla recéption con vetri scuri a scendere la mancata manutenzione e la scarsa cura e pulizia regna sovarana! Da uno specchio che d in piscina Tutto ombrato da una pulizia fatta male ! Da sensazione di sporco e abbandono ! Una domanda: come si può ridurre una struttura così ? Tanti soldi spesi , e per poco lasciare andare tutto così …peccato! Non parliamo della colazione ( apparte la scelta veramente imbarazzante) non sono stato capace di farla perché c’era un rumore assordante dell Ariatore…mi dicevano che solitamente si fa all esterno , ma nulla era attrezzato . Doccia in camera otturata dal calcare, che schizzava ovunque . Trascuratezza ovunque..Dico solo peccato.. perché basterebbe poco perché è meravigiosa! Complimenti a tutto lo staff , che nonostante tutto ,sempre gentili e disponibili . I miei complimenti . Ma una direttrice /o se esiste non vede tutto questo ?
