When I arrived to check in, I was told there was no reservation in my name. Upon giving the clerk the reservation information, including the confirmation number, I was informed that there was a different name on the reservation. I contacted Travelocity Customer support, who confirmed my reservation information, including my name, email address and phone number. This was not sufficient for the clerk. The Travelocity rep offered to resend the reservation confirmation to the hotel, but the clerk was engaged in a telephone conversation with the manager. Upon providing the date the reservation was made, the clerk was able to locate and confirm my reservation, but only after close to an hour and a great deal of stress, considering I had just driven over 600 miles and did not want to have to locate another hotel for the night. (Kudos to the Travelocity rep who stayed on teh phone through the whole ordeal until resolution).
That said, the room was comfortable and quiet, allowing a good night's sleep, and breakfast in the morning was excellent.
