Nice boutique style hotel. Great presentation & tasty, up-market food in the restaurant but limited menu. Quiet area with not much to do in the immediate local vicinity. Stayed here ahead of flight from nearby Bergamo airport.

Unique modern art objects and paintings in guest rooms and all around the hotel.

The hotel wasn’t as advertised. The main restaurant, bar and indoor pool are closed throughout August. For us, this was a major reason we chose the hotel and it really ruined our holiday because we have a baby it’s not very easy to go out at night to eat etc. When we complained we were offered no apology but simply told the pool bar was open - the pool bar serves paninis, some salads etc and isn’t a suitable replacement. We essentially paid for a hotel with services that didn’t exist and were given no kind of replacement. It’s false advertising. We would have left but couldn’t find any suitable alternatives at short notice. The three stars reflects what we did see, the rooms are very comfortable as it the bed. I’d also like to commend the staff at the pool bar who work extremely hard. The pool area is great. However, day guests are prioritised over hotel guests and I saw many hotel guests unable to get a sun bed as they were reserved for day guests (and not used most of the day). They need to re think this. We didn’t have a kettle in our room (to be fair it’s not advertised) and I asked for one and couldn’t get one. It’s a very basic amenity - I’ve never been to a hotel without one and I think for the price it should have been supplied. It’s a shame - it’s a lovely hotel and had everything been open it would have been really wonderful but we still did enjoy our stay.

An amazing hotel for all senses with great rooms, art work to look at in every corner inside and outdoors, wonderful staff, perfect pool area and the location of the hotel is hreat - close to a lot of places. The restaurant at Settecento is magical. Its our 2nd visit to the hotel and we have had 4 amazing dinners there. Food for all of your senses, beautyful, makes your tastebuds sing and the surroundings in the different rooms makes the whole experience fantastic.

It’s okay for the price you pay.

Hotel 3* Niveau, kleines Zimmer, hartes Bett, Dusche WC Mini mit wenig Komfort. aber sauber und mit viel Kunst gepflegte Allgemeinbereiche. Frühstück sehr gut, grosszügiges Buffet, für italienische Verhältnisse ausserordentlich. Restaurant horvorragend!

Nous avons découvert l’Hotel Settecento avec une box en mai 2022. Et nous sommes revenus cet été.. L’hotel est superbement décoré, le personnel se plie en 4 pour répondre à vos demandes. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux et les mets proposés variés. L’équipe de la piscine est au top : vous réservez votre transat sur un créneau horaire et …vos serviettes et draps de bain vous attendent. Et si vous commandez à boire, le serveur vous amène directement votre verre à votre siège . Un véritable travail d’équipe ! Le restaurant était fermé cet été mais un beach lounge nous permettait de manger au bord de la piscine. Il faisait très chaud au mois d’août ( +40°) et l’accès à la piscine était possible bien plus tard que l’heure de fermeture prévue sur le papier (encore merci). Nous reviendrons : la région est superbe entre Bergame et les lacs.

Hotel carino, camere pulite e comode. Buona anche la cena. C’è una piscina esterna dove è possibile rilassarsi durante i mesi estivi ed una interna. Sono presenti anche sale meeting. Personale cortese. Colazione normale.
