알베르고 스텔라 술모나(Stella CasaBono)

Stella is a lovely place to stay. Booked in for one night stayed three. Our spacious room had pale decor and liggt oak flooring. Roberto anf family really looke after us. Sulmona is large enough to have good restaurants and small enough to retain a provincial charm and also off the main tourist route.

Roberto and Giuseppe, brothers and delightful owners of the hotel, run a very nice boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast is a delicious mix of eggs, toast, fruit, croissant, yogurt and a number of other choices. Only a few minutes walk to the vibrant city center, there are numerous restaurants and cafes to choose from and plenty of stores at which to shop. National parks are less than 20 minutes away and other towns that are interesting to visit are a 30 to 60 minutedrive. Our favorite town is Aielli which had beautiful murals throughout. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to be in this area.

We visited Sulmona the last week in Sept 2022 and stayed at Alberto Stella. The location is perfect in the middle of the old town. Our hosts Roberto and Giuseppe were extremely helpful and very pleasant to visit with. The beds were comfortable, The entire establishment was clean and well maintained. This is an place I highly recommend.

One of my families highlights of a very amazing trip was the combination of the town of Sulmona and this amazing hotel and their hospitality. Our hosts simply could not have been more charming or helpful. We loved our rooms and the general experience of this hotel. This is an owner operated hotel. We had a great experience with the hotel itself and the extra time the owners spent with us was wonderful.

The staff is professional and efficient and make you feel at home in their hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed and modern and very comfortable. We had #7 and it was great. They provided a nice breakfast and also handled our bags and I had recent surgery and that helped me a lot (without asking!). Convenient location to the Corso de Ovido was a nice touch and close to main Piazza Some of the staff speak English and their security is good too. We stay here year after year.

Gran bella scelta questo piccolo ed elegante albergo nel centro di Sulmona. Arredato con gusto e accogliente è un'ottima sosta in una città bella e interessante. Accoglienza gentile e grande disponibilità dei proprietari che si prendono cura con garbo e professionalità degli ospiti. Colazione buona e stanze pulitissime. Insomma da ritornarci!

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere una splendida settimana a Sulmona con la mia famiglia dal 9 al 16 luglio 2023, ospitato da due fantastiche persone, in un albergo caratteristico e molto accogliente. Vorrei ringraziare i titolari F.lli Bono Giuseppe e Roberto per la loro accoglienza, gentilezza e premura. Grazie per averci fatto sentire come a casa, come abitanti di Sulmona e non come i soliti turisti di passaggio, in ogni momento, indirizzandoci nelle nostre escursioni e gite e facendoci conoscere la gente del posto e dei dintorni. Volevo spendere due parole per questo hotel al centro di Sulmona..... veramente una bellissima scoperta,tutto a conduzione familiare. Accoglienza super da parte di Giuseppe che poi sarà presente sempre insieme al fratello per la colazione della mattina. Stanza molto spaziosa, pulitissima e possibilità di usufruire dell'acqua nel frigo bar senza pagarla,ad oggi nessuno lo fà,la mattina colazione dove c'è una vasta scelta di cornetti da semplici,farciti ecc,se poi si vuole il salato basta chiedere che ti viene fatto al momento,caffè e cappuccino tutto fatto da loro e non le macchine,frutta fresca tagliata al momento, marmellate....cmq veramente una bella colazione. Poi qualsiasi cosa si ha bisogno Giuseppe ti dà una mano,un consiglio di dove poter andare per mangiare e assaporare i piatti della loro città. Quindi ancora grazie mille sicuramente se ritornerò da qst parti sarò nuovamente vostro cliente.....lo CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE......🔝

Piccolo albergo situato nella zona pedonale di Sulmona, magistralmente condotto da due fantastici fratelli, Roberto e Giuseppe, che ti accolgono ti coccolano, consigliandoti i posti da vedere e le cose da acquistare, il tutto in un ambiente molto familiare. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di sperimentare la suite, un letto comodissimo, parquet, ed un bagno super attrezzato con accessori che a volte non si trovano in hotel di lusso. Al mattino poi ti servono una colazione super, con macedonia fresca e soprattutto gli squisiti biscotti fatti in casa dalla carissima mamma. Se ansate a Sulmona questo è veramente Top e noi ci auguriamo di tornarci al più presto.
