라임스 아파트먼츠(Limes Apartments)

Nous avions réservé l appartement économique. Nous n avions pas lu correctement le texte en partie en anglais où justement cela expliquait que cet appartement était au sous sol. Sur les photos il apparaît lumineux hors ce n est pas le cas, il faut allumer les lumières en pleine journée,et pourtant il faisait beau tout notre séjour. Les fenêtres ne sont pas ouvrables à distance, il faut monter sur les rebords pour pouvoir les ouvrir. Mais vu qu elles se trouvent à hauteur même du trottoir, nous n avons pas pu les ouvrir au risque de recevoir de petits animaux non désirables ou des jets d urine de passants ou les gazs d échappement des voitures. Malheureusement, il n y a aucun double rideau pour nous protéger tout de même de ces sources de lumière la nuit. Le lit adulte était bien propre et confortable. La chambre est agréable. Le canapé dépliable par contre était incrusté de tâches certainement d urine...et il n y avait pas de protection de matelas. Il manque de la vaisselle pour 4 personnes, impossible de faire deux repas consécutifs sans passer par la case lave vaisselle. Le frigo était sale, j ai du nettoyer moi même le lait séché, les miettes de pain ... Tout comme la cuvette des WC , un poil et des traces de selles étaient présents. En dehors de ces désagréments, l appartement était bien équipé, la résidence agréable et propre, bien située, non loin du tramway. Le personnel était agréable.

Very clean. Olga was a great host and very friendly. Room nr 13 was too noisy because next to smoking area. Its not in city center but Uber will take you there for about 5 euros. Also parking is a big plus. I would recommend this place if you dont want to spend too much money.

I would encourage everyone to go to Limes apartment. The mangment team and staff is very supportive and respectful. They could help whenever possible. Indeed, they handled very tough situation perfectly and they were extremly supportive Again and again, Limes apratment will be my best choice in Prauge. Regards, Karim Elgedawy

Nulla da dire sull'ottima condizione dell'immobile , degli arredi e delle attrezzature a disposizione, si vede chiaramente la recente ristrutturazione e l'ingente investimento sostenuto sugli appartamenti che corrispondono alle foto. L' ospitalità per me è un'altra cosa, non è mettere a disposizione una reception in una fascia temporale estesa e molto presente e rapida nelle comunicazioni social; ospitalità è risolvere i problemi degli ospiti. Mi spiego: ho prenotato un appartamento per tre giorni per cinque persone, non è ospitalità che mi trovi quattro letti e che mi venga detto che il divano lo considerano utile per dormire anche se non è un divano letto. Ospitalità non è indicarmi dov'è il supermercato se all'ultima mattina chiedo la carta igienica ( sentendomi riferire che la loro policy è mettere a disposizione 1 rotolo e basta. Che si sia in due, tre, quattro o cinque o per quanto tempo, questo non conta). Deluso

As with other reviews, the property was really clean - almost dust free. It was spacious which we were really pleased about. It had a lot of kitchen utensils. Communications with the property manager was easy via call. Check in very simple with code. Overall a lovely stay. Some improvement points: 1) could not use the extractor fan - no switch available 2) TV was not working with channels, plus it is not smart tv so if you want apps have to bring a fire stick etc. 3) beds were two single beds even though we asked for a double. This was really frustrating! Even duvets was two singles. If the property wasn't good otherwise this would have been a worse review.

Property is easy access to Prague old town, within 5 minutes walk to tram, stores and restaurants

We've just completed a 5 night stay at The Limes. The apartment was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was my favourite feature as I love a decent shower / bath. Having a washing machine really helped, too. The beds were comfortable as well. As far as the apartment goes, we have no complaints. We were located at the front of the building. Unfortunately, this area was particularly noisy. If we closed the windows, we were unable to hear anything. However, it was just too hot to do so (there is no air con) it was hard to get a good night's sleep without being disturbed by local traffic, bin lorries, and party goers. I am convinced that nobody sleeps in Prague as the noise is constant. If you're looking to stay somewhere quiet, then this isn't the place for you. But if you want a nice apartment and good access to local transport, then this is the right place for you.

We travelled a family with 2 adults and 3 smaller kids. The place were good for us. There was a lot of food stores close by and also a very nice playground. The 500 m to metro was through zizkov tunel were children could run since there is no cars. Apartment nice and nice bathroom. But the kitchen had some more to wish for. The display on stove didnt work and the freezer door was broken. We managed to cook anyway but.. We also stayed 7 nights, and it would have been nice if it had been any cleaning during our time, since it got quite dusty after a while. Overall good stay but i think we will choose different next time.
