和男朋友一起已經入住很多次了，這個酒店附近很多越南餐館，半夜很晚也能吃到夜宵，附近都是老建築，有格調.

Was worried about the reviews before arriving but was pleasantly surprised by a fantastic hotel! I went with 2 friends at start of November and was very happy with our accomodation. The staff were friendly, room was massive, location was fine, and beds were comfy. DONT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, this place was GREAT!

First of all, the bed sheets were not clean and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. One of the rooms was speaking and laughing quite loud one night till late night around 12 midnight. We tolerated it, however, early in the morning around 5 AM someone came and was banging on one of the doors very heavily that woke us up in shock. I asked them to be quiet and close the door but got yelled at and was threated to be beaten. I called the reception and asked for help but they did not do anything. After that, I called the Police for help because we were not feeling safe at all. The police arrived shortly, but could not find the violent guys, who was probably not staying at the hotel. . I am really surprised that this is happening at a 4 star hotel !!! I booked this hotel so that we could have a nice time in Prague but it seems that random violent people who are not in the hotel can easily come and threaten us. We are very lucky that we were not hurt by that man. We were shocked and could not use the day and very traumatized by this accident. Even worse, the hotel did not respond to us and ignored our complain! Be very careful when selecting this place to stay, after paying and checking in, you are on your own!

You quite literally get what you pay for with this place, it’s clean and the reception staff are great however the air con didn’t work properly in our room and it was 30 degree heat outside which is probably the only downside! Another good thing is that the beds are nice and comfy. It’s around a 20-30 min walk to the old town however bolt cars come in minutes and are pretty cheap (around €3.50) to the city centre.

We stayed for 4 nights and we just went there to sleep. The room was clean and tidy. Easy access to public transportation and 15 min to old town square by bus.

The breakfast there gave me food poisioning, had to travel back to my home country this day as well so i were sick on the plane and had to get doctors to get me when i landed. There is also issues with the room doors and you constantly have to get the receptionist to help you open the doors.

Ik was op vakantie in het hotel ok. Maar een meisje in receptie voor middag werk echt niet vriendelijk Voor mij door dit echt niet goed. Van 10 2. Allen door een iemand. Kamer ok. Hotel ok. Allen respecteren in en communicatie
