Main problem is the night staff. Inner doors are locked, and when they cannot be opened at late hours, he gets extremely agitated and yells in Czech language. It is a dad-son operation, and completely unprofessional and unfit for hospitality business. DO NOT GO HERE.

Hotel can be entered only by being buzzed in. Seemingly not wheelchair accessible. They overcharged, staff didn't give us the bill, and were rude when asked for the bill. I suspect they mostly didn't return the key deposit, as many other reviews here claim. Afterwards, when sent an email inquiring about the price difference (reservation was made by **********, which shows the price), a month later the hotel still did not answer. Breakfast included - good enough to not be hungry, coffee limited to 1 per person. Rooms worn down, shared bathrooms. Location fairly good - between multiple bus-and-metro stops. If you avoid need a place to stay for cheap, this is an option, but be wary. I will not be coming back.

How can I say : EUR 1 424.00 / 4 nights for a dirty place. Bedroom is like in a prison 20 years ago. No comments about the staff :( Breakfast: even if you are flexible, nothing to eat. Parking place It's a joke. To be honest, they have to destroy the place and build a new hotel PS : it can be strange to heard an exorcism session near to your bedroom each morning at 08 00 😞 If you don't ask new towels, they didn't change and didn't clean the bedroom At the reception 2 of 4 guys are not nice and disgusting a little bit Well we can regret this experience because It's my 4th trip in Praha and I Never had this kind of experience

Terrible place, terrible staff, terrible conditions. Don’t you think going there people!!! 😬😬😬 The room was booked through Booking. The pictures looked decent. In reality… Creepy place, rooms in awful condition, with broken beds, holes in the sheets, spots on the mattress looked like blood 😱😳 They didn’t let us see the rooms before we paid. Once we saw the rooms we couldn’t stay in that sh!thole and had to leave! Needless to say those swindlers didn’t want to return the money. Had to involve the bank and *********** into this sick story. Tourists BEWARE!!! 👎👎👎

A fuir ! Demandent une caution pour les clés de la chambre et ne la remboursent pas à la fin du séjour, prétextant un remboursement automatique, faux bien entendu ! Aucune réponse par mail, au téléphone, ils ne parlent que tchèque, alors qu'ils parlaient anglais pour la réservation ou informations ! (c'est la même voix reconnue au téléphone).

Orribile e scadente, inadeguato sia come colazione che come camera.... fredda e con 1 asciugamano piccolo, senza dotazione di accessori x il bagno. Per usare una coperta ed un cuscino in più ci hanno trattenuto la cauzione. In reception parlano Ceco ed un inglese maccheronico incomprensibile. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

A képeken nem az volt, amit kaptunk. A képeken fürdőkád, zuhanyzó található. A fürdőkád nem volt, a zuhanyzó a szobában volt, de nem folyt le a víz. A wc közös volt. A falak gipszkartonból voltak, így mindent hallottunk, ami a szomszédban történt. A kiszolgáló nem ismert meg bennünket, ha visszamentünk a szállásra, lehet be volt tépve. Plusz kb 15.000.-Ft-tal többet kértek mint ami a foglalásban volt, valami kauciónak, amit majd visszautalnak, azóta utalják. A reggeli az jó volt.
