…Not so good if you want to stay out past when they lock the doors. We stayed at Hotel Aria a couple weeks ago and got locked out in the pouring rain at 3am. Guests don’t have access and have to wait on the front desk to let them in. The man at the front desk didn’t have the key on him and took him several minutes to locate it. One would think that would be of utmost importance at that hour, to have the key and be available to let guests in, but apparently one would be incorrect - at least at this property.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. The sunny side up eggs were the weirdest consistency I’ve ever experienced, best described as “gelatinous.” In fact, I’d be surprised if they didn’t add gelatin(only God knows why they’d do that though).
On the positives side, the room was spacious and clean - same with the bathroom. The property including the rooftop restaurant and gardens was picturesque and well-maintained.
I’d recommend this property only for adults, definitely not families, and for those that appreciate the arts and peace and quiet. We were looking to explore Prague’s nightlife more and from the experience described above, it didn’t really mesh. Maybe in 25-30 years when I’m in my 60’s I’d consider returning, while avoiding the breakfast.
