Club Med Pragelato Vialattea

우리는 가족 스키 여행을 위해 거기에 갔고, 멋진 듀플렉스에 머물렀습니다. 작은 집이었고, 위층에는 침실과 샤워실이 있고, 아래층에는 별도의 침실, 냉장고와 세면대가 있는 "주방" 공간, 현관문 옆에 화장실이 있었습니다. 호텔 단지는 리셉션, 바, 레스토랑이 있는 중앙 건물을 둘러싼 아름다운 알파인 샬레에 숙박 시설이 퍼져 있어서 훌륭합니다. 호텔은 직원들이 정말 열심히 준비한 쇼를 선보이고, 음악, 춤, 마지막으로 자정에 카운트다운과 불꽃놀이를 위해 밖에서 열리는 새해 축하 행사에 큰 노력을 기울였습니다. 환상적인 분위기였습니다. 일부 리조트와 달리 이곳은 스키 인 스키 아웃이 아니며, 스키를 타려면 호텔 바로 옆에 있는 산으로 올라가는 곤돌라를 타야 합니다. 하루의 시작과 끝에는 줄이 약간 서 있었고 곤돌라는 매우 가득했지만, 전혀 큰 문제는 아니었고 아이들은 실제로 매일 "비행 버스" 롤러코스터를 좋아했습니다. 우리는 미니 클럽을 이용했는데, 그 목적에 완벽히 부합했습니다. 아이들은 스키 레슨을 받고 친구를 사귀었지만 조직이 상당히 부족했습니다. 하차와 픽업은 결코 간단하지 않았습니다. 매번 다른 직원이 있는 종이 목록이었기 때문에 아이들이 거의 알아보거나 이름을 기억하지 못했습니다. 그 페이지가 아니라, 뒤집어야 합니다. 아이들을 어디서 언제 데리러 가야 할지 항상 불분명했습니다. 아이들은 즐거운 시간을 보냈지만, 부모는 꽤 스트레스를 받고 호텔 단지의 여러 장소를 돌아다녀야 했습니다. 미니 클럽이 개별 어린이를 위해 스키를 보관하는 방법에 대해서도 생각해야 합니다. 시스템은 어린이가 엄청나게 많은 그룹이 모두 스키를 모아 놓고 물론 물건이 섞이거나 분실되는 것입니다. 5일 동안 스키를 타면서 우리 아이는 3쌍의 스키를 가져야 했고, 매번 키/몸무게/능력을 조정하기 위해 스키 대여점에 반납해야 했습니다. 다시 말하지만 큰 문제는 아니지만 이런 종류의 휴가에서 하고 싶은 일은 아닙니다. 미니 클럽 직원은 대부분 매우 친절하지만 약간 스트레스를 받고 어린이 수를 감당하는 데 어려움을 겪는 듯했습니다. 어느 날 밤 꽤 복잡한 저녁 마술 쇼를 하던 사람이 다음날 아침 새벽에 아이들의 스키 반납을 정리하는 일을 맡은 사람과 같은 사람이라는 것이 불공평하게 느껴졌습니다. 물론 오류와 누락된 항목이 있었고 리더십과 고위 임원이 필요했지만 없었습니다. 식사 측면에서 우리는 각 메인 뷔페 레스토랑에 앉아 꽤 일찍 식사를 했고 전반적으로 정말 좋았습니다. 문제는 대부분 사람들이 정확히 같은 시간에 식사를 하고 싶어하고 레스토랑이 금세 압도당한다는 것입니다. 저녁 식사를 위해 테이블을 예약할 수 있는 테이블 서비스를 제공하는 다른 레스토랑이 두 개 있지만 예약 앱 시스템은 전혀 작동하지 않으므로 때때로 노트북을 들고 바 밖에 서 있는 여성에게 현장에서 예약하라고 조언합니다. 그녀가 언제 무작위로

What a discovery. We went as a few friends, got in level 5 with Martina who was such a great guide. We had a blast. Met people from California, Argentina. I really appreciated the lunches on the mountain in those hidden jewels. The food was absolutely amazing. From pasta, pizza, fishes going through obviously raclettes and fondues. We went to France one day with the other level 5 groups and came back by coach (bus) it was such a great adventure. Our last night with our group, we took our guide out for dinner at a restaurant called Molinos, it’s walking distance from the Club Med. Amazing pizza, family owned restaurant. It is a must to go! The entertainment in the bar was super fun, even outside on those sunny days. I recommend Pragelato-Sestriere to everyone. Thinking of going back there next year. The lodging is great too, they are rustic chalets with bedrooms in them. It was so much fun.

This was our first club med holiday after being referred by a friend. I was blown away. This was the most enjoyable, hassle free family ski holiday ever. It exceeded expectations. Food was insane - soooooo good. Great variety and always fresh pasta, meats, cheeses. Food is normally what lets a holiday down for me but there was always a drink or food on offer and the quality was exceptional. I have never seen all inclusive food and drink done this well. Kids club drop off was easy and organised. Kids ski school was great. They tried to keep English speakers with other English speakers which i think is a bit comforting for the younger kids. Service throughout the holiday was good/informative. I hope the other club med resorts are as good as this as we are 'sold' and will 100% be booking another club med ski holiday. Thank you!

Food cold, service horrendous. Had to eat at a local family run restaurant just down the road to get hot decent food. Even breakfast was cold, had to heat up in a microwave before eating. Staff did not care about our concerns. Had two themed restaurants that no one knew when they were open!! Ski equipment felt like it was at least 5 seasons old. I would definitely avoid this hotel.

World class skiing location. Easy access to the pistes. Good experience if you get the right instructor

Wonderful trip, staff, guests, location, snow, ski instructor, all excellent and we have travelled with club med on ski holidays for 20 years
