Lovely hotel and convenient location for town centre and food

Very nice tidy had Air conditioning welcome staff would stay there again. I would recommend it to anybody.

I had a really great experience overall. The cleanliness was absolutely excellent — everything felt fresh, tidy, and well-maintained, which made a big difference in comfort. The location is also perfect, very convenient and easy to access nearby attractions and essentials.The service was good; the staff were friendly and helpful, though there’s a little room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities were also solid and met most expectations, though a few small additions could make the stay even better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place, especially for families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

It’s good for the short term stay in Portsmouth, not too far from city center. The room is simple but clean.

It’s a budget hotel , it wasn’t the best but it was clean and the was very good, no tea making facilities or a kettle but there is a cafe nearby

I have used this hotel numerous times before travelling to france by ferry, i have to mention that the receptionist who works 3 through 11 is an outstanding associate, i hope ibis realise just how lucky they are to have this team member, i always travel with my 86 year old mother, and Tina makes us feel so welcome and that nothing is ever too much trouble. thank you Tina Accor are lucky to have you.

The hotel is near by some restaurants and supermarkets and really closed to the city and beach !

U need to prepare ur own hair dryer. Very clean place suit for solo traveler also.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Hopefully they can add more parking space near the hotel, but overall experience was great.

Parking was a little strange - there was parking outside but it wasn't owned by the hotel. You had to park in the retail park across the road.

First of all Lift wasn’t working. We had to ask for a hot water cattle and hair dryer and these should be in there anyway. Room and toilet are too small compare to Premier Inn. Also We had to park our car a bit far away.
