Service was exceptional, breakfast was abundant, you can order more or less anything you want. Room was clean, bed was really comfortable & shower was amazing! We used the private spa, nice when the weather is poor but will cost €50 per person. Also had a massage and facial which was really relaxing. Unfortunately the pool is seasonal and we didn’t get to use that, I imagine it would also be too their high standards. Beach is a 2 minute walk away with options for aperitivo or lunch & dinner. Yup can also eat lunch & dinner in the hotel at an extra cost. Staff are really friendly & helpful if necessary.

Service was outstanding and on-point across the board with all personnel and every aspect. Accommodation was impeccable and comfortable, we loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the sea. We appreciated we had a little coffee/tea station in our room and a mini refrigerator. The size of the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed seeing how happy the housekeeping team was and how professional they were. The food and service was amazing. Breakfast was a beautifully displayed gourmet buffet with a lovely selection to accommodate all dietary considerations and restrictions including hot and cold items, freshly prepared breads and pastries as well as a fresh selection of fruit. The buffet was well maintained throughout the breakfast timeframe. The staff coverage was perfect with always having a team of three or four: one exclusively at the coffee station to prepare any type of coffee you ordered and then served by professional wait staff; one person as bus and the other sometimes just on buffet to ensure everything was topped up and visually pleasing. Dinners were always special and the wait staff and team lead executed impeccable service. They understood the art of service. It was a pleasure to dine. Reception and concierge services were lovely, engaging, and enjoyable. Others employed by the hotel were professional and confident in their roles. Excellent team, always accommodating. The location is safe with full coverage security, quiet, and peaceful. The grounds were beautifully maintained. My husband and I would return again.

직원 모두 항상 준비된 미소를 가지고 있었고 항상 도움이되었습니다! 레스토랑과 방에서 보이는 해변의 멋진 전망! 우리는 레스토랑에서 식사를했고 음식뿐만 아니라 서비스도 훌륭했습니다! 우선 우리는 스파클링 화이트 와인과 약간의 브루스케타를 제공받았습니다! 우리는 파스타와 야채 그라탕을 각각 주문했고 많은 양에 놀랐습니다! 그러나 모든 것이 맛있어서 우리는 만족 이상이었습니다. 위치에 관해서는 조금 걸어야하지만 운동에는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 또한, 포르토노보에 있는 경우 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있습니다. 따라서 생필품을 쇼핑해야 하는 경우 누마나까지 차로 20~30분이 소요됩니다. 호텔은 훌륭한 제안을 했고 고용된 택시도 주선했습니다. 모든 면에서 훌륭한 서비스이며 기회가 주어진다면 분명히 다시 방문할 것입니다.

Spent one night on a business trip. Structure not bad. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful. Recently renovated room with all the comforts of the category. Maybe the bathroom too small. Bistro to be definitely improved, for menu and quality. Very courteous and helpful staff - strong point.

쇼핑몰 옆에는 쇼핑을 좋아하는 여자아이들에게 그다지 친화적이지 않습니다. 호텔에 생각지도 못한 슬리퍼가 있어서 슬리퍼가 없는 호텔이 너무 많고 가격도 중형이라 이 슬리퍼 한 켤레씩 들고 다녔습니다. 이탈리아에서 물가가 너무 비싼 나라입니다. 이런 호텔에서 이 가격에 살 수 있다니 좋네요. 아침은 7시부터 10시까지 먹었는데 일찍 일어나서 밥을 안먹었어요.

I went to the Spa at Hotel Raffaello after booking a muscle massage. The receptionists confirmed it two times and I communicated clearly that was the type of massage I booked. When I arrived to meet the masseuse Anna, she immediately told me that she doesn’t do that type of massage and that it is not her fault that it is offered on the spa menu. She said she only does massages her way. I found that weird but I decided to continue. After two minutes into the massage she said that I was tense and asked me if I want to stop because I probably don’t like her massage. I didn’t feel that tense but after she asked me again, I definitely started feeling tense. After about twenty minutes she asked me to turn around. I asked her if she could focus a little bit more on my shoulders. After I asked her that, she seemed offended and said that she does the massage her way and that the reason that I asked her that was because I didn’t like her massage. Then, she again said that I “ don’t like her massage “ and said that I don’t speak Italian well and that I don't understand her. ( which is not true I am Italian and speak the language fluently, it felt really insulting ) and because I didn’t like her from the start. It started to feel very aggressive and I felt like I became her therapist.. I told her that I would like to stop ( after about twenty minutes ) because the conversation made me uncomfortable and because I actually came for a massage but she continued to say that I don’t like her. I asked her to unlock the door so I could leave, which after a minute she did. When I went down to the receptionist and explained the situation and how uncomfortable I felt after, they said: well, we can’t do anything about it and charged me half the price. They ignored the fact that the masseuse insulted me and still decided to charge me, even though I left after twenty minutes. I have never had such a bad massage experience and I have had many massages, from sports massage to Ayurvedic as I travel a lot for work and frequently need massages. If you want a relaxing, quality experience I don't recommend this place.

우리가 전에 머물렀던 호텔이 문을 닫았기 때문에이 호텔을 선택했으며 페리에서 내릴 때 찾기가 정말 쉽습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 우리가 도착하기 전에 몇 가지 질문이 있었고 호텔은 정말 도움이되었습니다. 다른 사람이 가장 큰 위치에 있지는 않지만 일단 호텔 내부에 들어가면 모든 것을 잊어 버립니다. covid 제한으로 안전하고 편안하다고 느꼈습니다. 방은 사랑스럽고 크고 넓고 아름다운 바다 전망이었습니다. 욕실도 훌륭한 샤워 시설이 있어 사랑스러웠습니다. 매우 현대적인 객실입니다. 심지어 엄청난 플러스였던 영국 축구를 볼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑의 음식은 환상적이었고 매우 합리적인 가격이었습니다. 내 아내의 스타터는 2인용 스타터에 가깝습니다. 이것은 우리의 처음이었고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것이고 누구에게나 추천 할 것입니다.
