마리나 팰리스 호텔(Marina Palace Hotel 4 Stelle S)

Wowsers…what a fantastic hotel. Although we came here out of season, it really has been an excellent place to stay. As we are both vegans, we often struggle when we go abroad, however the staff here couldn’t have been more accommodating. Benny in reception was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The gentleman in the bar (wish I’d caught his name) and the young lady in the restaurant, couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was spotless, more than comfortable and the view…well I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. If you’re looking for a beachfront hotel, this is definitely the one for you. We’ve already booked our summer vacation this year but we’re slightly regretting it. If our boys were younger, they’d have absolutely loved coming here - the beach is over the street. Honestly can’t compliment the hostility of the staff any higher - well done everyone 😊🙏

A beachfront hotel with stunning sea views! Even if the weather was not at all kind to us we were able to appreciate what the hotel offered: Clean rooms with balcony and sky-earth windows for access, room with the main comforts, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, bathroom with (FINALLY) a large and spacious shower! Not a small detail for the convenience ... For breakfast another surprise: the location on the 1st floor allowed us to enjoy the sea view and the service was really punctual and kind. Many buffet proposals: savory and sweet for every need. This hotel has been placed on my favorite list for the area, so when I return for business or vacation I will find it right away! Nice experience to repeat ...

Big clean rooms, excellent breakfast, nice beach, wellness and bicycle included. Only one minus - Restaurant Bloom... long time to wait, pasta aglio e pepe with tomato souse, in pizza brie, was only two small peases of this chees.

Very beautiful and modern

At arrival hotel refused to provide access to their parking area with the hotel reception staff stating it was full even though there were empty spaces clearly visible. At end of day we were able to access their parking but to my surprise even though the parking was advertised as free/part of hotel room payment during check out the hotel forced payment for each day stating that because we booked with ******* the parking was not free. The check-in staff was not very helpful when questions arose and became agitated when asked to explain the final bill. The hotel restaurant was disappointing as the food was mediocre. Hotel bar was average but does have a nice view of the beach and walkway. Another suprirse was that the beach chairs/umbrella were not included in hotel room price. On the up side, the hotel room was clean and well kept with the exception of the air unit which made a lot of noise during the night. The cleaning staff were very professional and should be praised. The beach area was nice. View from room was excellent. Overall Caorle is a nice area but you may want to research more hotels before making a decision about this one.

Ho soggiornato presso il Marina Palace per un fine settimana dedicato al relax. Alla reception mi hanno accolto con gran professionalità e sorriso. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il buffet della colazione ha tantissima scelta (e di gran qualità!) Abbiamo usufruito della spa interna. La Spa è stata una grande coccola! Lo consiglio e ritorneremo sicuramente.

Vacanza al Marina Palace Hotel Caorle Come si può vedere dalla prenotazione, abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia con balcone e vista mare nel Marina Palace Hotel 4S. Quando siamo arrivati ​​siamo stati accompagnati direttamente in una camera (n. 58) nell'adiacente Marina Dependance Caorle (3 stelle). Subito si è avvertito un odore sgradevole in camera, abbiamo subito segnalato il fatto al personale dell'hotel e ci è stata subito assegnata un'altra camera nella Dependance Marina (n°52). A questo punto non sapevamo che non alloggiavamo nell'hotel a 4 stelle che avevamo originariamente prenotato. Dopo alcune ore in piscina (che era ancora in costruzione e con la vista sgradevole di una gru) siamo tornati in questa stanza e abbiamo subito incontrato lo stesso odore della prima stanza. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato nuovamente la reception, dopodiché ci è stato chiesto di andare lì. Ancora una volta abbiamo dovuto portare i nostri bagagli pesanti al piano di sotto perché non c'è l'ascensore nell'edificio in questione. Il personale della reception si è scusato e ci ha assegnato un'altra camera, questa volta nella Villa Delfa (3 stelle). L'intera casa è in pessime condizioni e la camera non soddisfa i requisiti e il prezzo di un hotel a 4 stelle. A questo punto abbiamo capito che per tutto il tempo eravamo stati assegnati ad altre case e non ci era stata assegnata una camera nell'hotel a 4 stelle come prenotato. Quindi abbiamo ripreso i bagagli, siamo tornati alla reception e abbiamo affrontato il personale. Vi abbiamo mostrato la nostra conferma di prenotazione del Marina Palace Hotel (4 stelle), dopodiché ci è stato detto che anche la filiale Marina portava questo nome e che avevamo prenotato una camera nella filiale. Tuttavia su Booking abbiamo visto che tutti e tre gli hotel possono essere prenotati con il proprio nome. Lo abbiamo detto al personale e abbiamo insistito per una camera al Marina Palace Hotel (4 stelle). Ci è stato detto che ciò non era possibile in quanto tutte le camere erano piene e ci è stata data la scelta tra Villa Delfa e Marina Dependance. Poiché in quel momento non avevamo altra scelta e la camera era già stata pagata in anticipo, abbiamo preso un'altra camera nella dependance (n. 43). Poi ci è stato anche detto di lasciare l'aria condizionata spenta perché potrebbe provenire odore. La stanza era molto piccola e l'unica cosa positiva era che non c'era odore. Tuttavia, con l'aria condizionata spenta a causa del clima caldo, faceva molto, molto caldo nella stanza. Non c'era balcone e la vista era su vari sistemi di ventilazione e tubi metallici. Tutto sommato siamo rimasti molto delusi dal modo in cui sei stato trattato come ospite in questa casa. Abbiamo detto due volte al personale che vorremmo parlare con il proprietario/gestore. Tuttavia, questo non si è mai presentato e al momento del check-out ci è stato chiesto di pagare il parcheggio e due lettini, che abbiamo utilizzato in spiaggia. Anche in questo caso non c’era da

Hotel bello e moderno,camera con vista mare mozzafiato.Eravamo già stati l’anno scorso e ci eravamo promessi da ritornare.Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi della piscina completamente rinnovata. Marina Palace Hotel è il nostro posto preferito per vacanza e relax

Siamo stati lì a cenare in 3, ci hanno messo a disposizione un tavolo rotondo piccolo tutt'altro che accogliente. Un tavolo da aperitivo. Il locale era semi vuoto e piuttosto che apparecchiare un tavolo rettangolare grande ci hanno fatto accomodare su uno dei molti tavoli piccoli liberi. Il responsabile della sala mente prendeva le nostre ordinazioni si è allontanato dal tavolo per accogliere altri avventori. Non molto piacevole. Come mangiare niente da dire, ma come servizio molto da migliorare.
