호텔은 사랑스럽습니다. 리셉션 직원과 하우스키핑은 매우 도움이 되지만 레스토랑은 형편없습니다. 레스토랑은 엉망이고 아침 식사 서비스는 엉망입니다. 직원들은 모두 자신의 일을 하며 돌아다니고, 손님을 무시하고, 테이블에 안내하지 않고, 주문을 받지 않고, 주문을 배달하지 않고, 잘못된 주문을 가져오고 있습니다. 레스토랑 직원들 사이에는 의사소통이 전혀 없는 것 같습니다. 나는 생고기를 두 번 제공 받았다. 호텔과 위치 같은 수치심은 놀랍습니다. 레스토랑과 별개로 정말 5성급이 될 것입니다.

Well done Iberostar for a lovely hotel in a beautiful location and for your commitment to the environment, but you seem to have forgotten about staff training ,consistent customer service and managers to lead a team , it really was hit and miss , if you got a good member staff it was a 5 star service but if not it was bad service. There was no leadership everyone seemed to be doing their own thing either very good or very bad. Just really disappointed . Have to mention Robert at the pool bar who was always excellent , we asked his name as no one had name badges.

We have returned from our wonderful stay in this extremely luxurious Hotel. It is located in a very beautiful setting overlooking a small sandy cove. It’s very peaceful and calm. The reception staff are incredibly cheerful and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The domestic staff are incredible too. Every day we returned to an immaculately cleaned room, their attention to detail is 100%. The pool area is wonderful too. Plenty of sun beds, immaculately kept area, gorgeous pool bar and again extremely attentive staff and always with big genuine smiles! Nearby there is the Port where there are Restaurants serving every cuisine you can imagine. It’s a wonderful place to wander around - my husband loves boats so to be in close proximity to super-yachts was his ideal medium. We have noticed some reviews mentioning the Restaurant. We want to write an honest review so will agree that there were some issues with the service BUT on our last 2 days there we saw a massive difference, there was a bit of a reorganisation we feel and this made a very positive difference to the service. The food is very, very good so please don’t let the negative comments put you off. We will be returning before this year is out, we had a superb holiday in this gem of a Hotel 👌👌

Lovely secret getaway! Perfect for special business occasions or couple getaways. Incredibly friendly service and great location directly located at a clear blue water cove adding a magical touch to the unmatched cuisine of the restaurant Astir! You have to try their cheesecake! This hotel is sensational but not 100% perfect. I have one major gripe that accounts for the docking of rating point. We booked a standard room for our week away, close to the end of the season. I researched the hotel and looked at the reviews before booking. I'd obviously scoured the website, seen all the photo's of this wonderful hotel next to the beach with rooms overlooking the beautiful cove in this recently refurbished hotel. It looked idyllic. Although in a standard room I assumed we'd be somewhere in the main hotel, maybe on a lower floor but still in the main building. Nowhere did I find an indication that my room was going to be behind the hotel, in a separate area, underneath the pool with no view of the beach and with no balcony or private space outside the room to call our own. I'm not going to bleat on about this but I'm sure you get my point. We were somewhat disappointed on arrival. The following may not be down to the hotel but could be down to the travel agent. Either way it's worth mentioning. We booked a coach transfer from the airport with "On The Beach". Imagine our dismay when, 400 yards from the hotel we were asked to exit the coach because the hotel was on a small windy street that the coach couldn't access. The driver pointed us in the direction of the hotel and said "it's down there" and drove off. This was 11pm, in the dark, in a place we had never been before. Not an ideal start to our holiday. As it was so late when we arrived I would have expected to have been offered a bite to eat after checking in from a hotel of this calibre. Maybe a sandwich? Just a little something to see us through after our long trip. Two fancy chocolates and a glass of champagne really wasn't what I'd hoped for. Okay, now thats off my chest - This really is a smashing hotel. Although disappointed in the location of our room, internally it was very swish. Decked out to a very high standard. Silent but effective air con, sumptuous bedding, stylish, bright and clean. Our only complaint is we had nowhere to hang our wet costumes (as we didn't have that balcony...). The staff we friendly. The breakfast wasn't perfect but all issues were minor and really not worth mentioning. The pool was freezing (late in the season but the air temp was pushing 30 degrees). Even after getting in and swimming around it was still cold. The sea was much warmer. Free use of Paddle Boards was a bonus and a bit of fun. Portals Nous itself is a quite village with a main road going through it. There's approx 12 restaurants reasonably priced with quite a good choice. It takes about 10 mins to walk (remember that walk from the coach...). Apart from that there is nothing to do in the village. We ended up travelling on the bus (3 Euros per person per way and about 10 minutes)) to Palma Nova for a bit of nightlife. We are by no means teenagers but still have a little life left in us at 60 and really needed more than Portals Nous had to offer, The Hotel really should offer s

What a fantastic hotel!! I stayed for a long weekend with a friend and we had the most wonderful time. We booked a sea view suite which was gorgeous, big, comfy, lovely views, fabulous bathroom with everything you could need including hair straighteners. They had extra pillows as I like mine firm and had also made up the KX bed, which was super comfy, with individual bedding so it was super easy to share with my friend. The food was lovely, the hotel light, bright and breezy with wonderful staff who could not do enough for you. The pool area was amazing, serene, well serviced by poolside staff and everything was so clean & well cared for. With the beach right next door & a shuttle service down to Port Portals you get such a lovely boutique hotel type service with everything else you need right on your doorstep. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a relaxing 5* weekend break, I will definitely be back. Special thanks to Sonja too who was the consummate professional and who made our stay extra special X

Have just returned from a long weekend break away. I have to say it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the stunning location, to the amazing spa and everything in-between! Staff were friendly and nothing to much trouble. Only down side was we were only there for 4 day's. I am already planning our next trip back later this year.

With the hotel so close to our beach, we decided to take tea on the sun terrace. It was everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Excellent service, lovely ambience and perfect tea in china cups. Little oat biscuits were delicious. This is on my radar, we enjoyed Portals Nous and it would be a treat to stay here. Absolutely loved the Dotmasters artwork at the front and down the side of the hotel.
