호텔에서의 숙박이 즐거웠습니다. 직원들은 매우 협조적이었습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 음식도 맛있었어요 😍

Alles war perfekt! Ich war rundum zufrieden und kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Hervorragender Service: Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war einfach klasse – eine tolle Auswahl und super Qualität. Lage: Die Lage war ebenfalls perfekt und hat meinen Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit! Ich komme gerne wieder.

헬나 호텔(Helna Hotel)에서의 탁월한 숙박! 체육관 이용을 위한 직원의 추가 숙박 시설은 즐거운 놀라움이었습니다. 단 15달러에 불과한 거의 2시간 동안의 마사지는 정말 놀라운 일이었고 나에게 활력을 불어넣어 주었습니다. 잘 관리된 시설과 세심한 직원 덕분에 기억에 남는 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. Helna Hotel은 합리적인 가격과 고품질 서비스의 완벽한 균형을 유지하여 편안하고 즐거운 숙박을 위한 최고의 선택입니다. 빨리 돌아오고 싶어요!

친절하고 전문적인 태도를 보여주신 Fady F&B 매니저님께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 우리를 도와주신 Momen과 Abdel Rahman에게 감사드립니다. 여성 웨이터 이름은 모르지만 저도 감사합니다. 우리는 수영장 전망 옆에서 디저트와 음료를 마시기 위해 호텔 안으로 들어갔습니다. 메뉴에는 여러 항목이 있지만 사용할 수 없는 디저트와 음료 3개를 요청했습니다. 숙소 투숙객이 아닌 경우 1인당 EGP 250의 최소 요금이 적용됩니다. 호텔 리셉션 장식은 매우 우아하고 트렌디합니다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 수영장의 깊이는 적당합니다. 호텔 외부(산책 구역)에는 상점과 레스토랑이 있으며, 호텔 자체에는 자체 레스토랑이 있습니다. 이에 따라 이 리뷰를 업데이트하기 위해 이 호텔에 머물기를 기대하겠습니다.

The hotel was far from what you would expect from a 5-star establishment; it’s more like a 3-star at best. The cleanliness was subpar, and the breakfast was disappointing — it didn’t seem fresh, and it felt like they reused the same food every day. Room service was indifferent to our requests. For the high price we paid, the only redeeming feature was the pool. Here are some of the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. On our first day, while having breakfast, I noticed some managers sitting in the restaurant smoking and laughing, even though it’s a non-smoking area. After their meeting, one of them casually grabbed a piece of cake with his hands — completely ignoring basic hygiene rules. 2. On the first day, I asked a cleaning staff member for directions, but instead of answering, he asked for my room number, which made me uncomfortable since I was just asking about the restaurant. 3. When we entered our room, it wasn’t clean at all. There was a lot of dust, especially on the lamp, which caused problems for our baby who is allergic to dust. 4. At check-in, while I was at the counter, the porter started grabbing my bags without asking, which felt intrusive. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel, and I’m surprised this level of service is associated with the Helnan brand.

The hotel furniture is luxurious, but unfortunately, the pillows did not meet my expectations. The service was very poor due to a lack of staff. The air conditioner at the reception was not working; only a desert cooler was available, which did not sufficiently improve the weather. Additionally, the air conditioner iat the corridor was ineffective, making it uncomfortably hot. The beach is perfect, but it is too much seashell in the sand, which makes you wear your slippers. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety. They dont care about serving hot milk for coffee, its only warm milk. Additionally, cold milk for cornflakes was not available daily. Finally, I called room service to request a bellman, but after waiting 20 minutes with no response, I had to carry my own bags. This lack of professionalism was disappointing.

I AM SURPRISED TO READ A NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT THIS HITEL This hotel is by far one of the best managed properties in Port Fouad/Port said city . Staff is very kind and works very hard to accommodate guests in a very friendly environment . Rooms are clean and house keeping is outstanding . We never so far had to ask for anything and if we do it would be fulfilled promptly . Hotel has a very large pool that my kids loved and it is very clean and maintained very well . Breakfast has a lot of verity to fit every taste . It is a family place that I trust for my children since security is noticeable present here . They have during the week occasionally nightlife event as singing , belly dancers and music that you can enjoy while seated by pool area . I recommend this to any family who wanna enjoy a safe fun friendly hotel . I WILL DEFIANTLY RETURN HERE

omplain We experienced an awful experience in Helnan Port Fouad that i think it should be among your hotel chain Check in was about 5:30 pm I booked two rooms 1126 and 1127 From 4:00 pm during check in i requested a baby cradle for each room nothing arrived before 12 am midnight Bath tub was blocked and garden doors of both rooms were not working after several reporting repairs started around 8:30 pm Only one baby cradle arrived with no mattress then they brought two seat cushions made as a mattress and the second room didn’t receive any A press was requested around 6 pm nothing arrived before 12 am At exactly 11:50 am we found a drill working in the wall between room 1126 and 1125 !!!! With no absolute respect to the guest’s sleeping time as this is the first time ever in my life i come to such experience . When i reported the drill incident to the reception they mentioned that they have an audit!!!! This issue drove me crazy and i requested a full refund for such insanity. It was quite an awful experience with the meaning of the word that i am not seriously intending to repeat or advise any friend to do the same and this was in the first night , and i do really wish to pass the second night with no more incidents

الفندق ضعيف جدا جدا . الغرف ضيقة للغاية و سيئة و كل الحاجات اللي فيها بايظة من اول السباكة و التليفزيون و التكييف . الاكل و الفطار ضعيف جدا و سيء جدا لا يرتقي الي مستوي فطار من عند البقال . I don't recommend this hotel ever . و حتي الاستاف مؤدبين جدا و لكن لا يفعلوا شي في الاخر
