Hotel Sis Pins

Shame this hotel is now linked with Cappuccino as the drinks and food menu is very expensive - £25 for two drinks and £10 for a piece of carrot cake. Also no sun loungers put out but you have to carry your chairs to the beach from your hotel room. Also Pollensa now has lots of bikers and this can put people off. On the plus side breakfast is good and staff friendly - lots of choices and good coffee. No bar area to sit and relax other than Cappuccino and the waiters from there keep coming over to see if you want to buy an over priced drink 🍷

What a pleasnt surprise to revisit Sis Pins again. What surprise one might ask - well the friendly, polite manner and helpfulness which greeted us on a previous occasion was still being practised - unlike many other hotels which have gone corporate and formally snobish. The staff and the ambience of the hotel provides what is most needed for those on holiday: tranquility and relaxation ingredients for a perfect stay in a location that is also well known for its beauty.

Lovely traditional Spanish hotel. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, with a comfortable bed. Towels are changed daily and sheets twice a week. Breakfast is now self-service on the terrace shared with the cafe next door. This was our 5th visit over 15 years. Clients can no longer use the sun lounge by the beach. Folding chairs are available in the rooms which have to be carried to the beach. Sadly, there are no sun umbrellas, which are desperately needed. For me the bathrooms need to be updated, the shower head is so high up on the wall its impossible for me at 5ft to reach. There are no safety bars to grab hold of to get in and out of the bath. There was a hole in the sink in our room. Bringing the bathrooms into 21st century would be a plus point for this quaint hotel.

Superb, slightly old fashioned Hotel in an unbeatable position, right on the seafront, near to the Main Square and Harbour, and various shops/restaurants. Room (sea view with balcony) clean, comfortable and relatively spacious. Breakfast (self service/buffet, full English and/or Continental, excellent quality and plentiful. Unlimited coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, etc. TV in room limited to about 8 English channels, plus numerous European channels. All round (in our opinion) first class !

Been coming here off and on for over 15 years. Finally back again after the pandemic. Same lovely location and accommodation. Our sea view room without a balcony actually had a Juliet balcony. Result. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. We arrived late and hungry. The night man made us sandwiches and gave us orange juice. Free. Would highly recommend.

We visit this hotel now for many years. Wonderfiul location, excellent staff, great breakfasts all at a fair price. The hotel manager goesout of her way to be sure her guests needs are well handled. We have already booked for 2024!
