호포사 호텔 다이나 - 어른 전용(Hoposa Daina- Adults Only)

We have just had a lovely five day holiday in Puerto Pollensa and stayed at the Daina. We’d noticed the hotel when on holiday two years ago and thought it looked like a great location, so was very excited to be going g back. We booked a sea view room, and were on the 5th floor, in a corner room. Lovely comfy bed, plenty of pillows and a luxurious shower. There was plenty of storage for clothes in the wardrobe, which also fitted in our empty cases. The view from the balcony was amazing! Sadly as it was early in the year it was rather windy and a bit cold to sit out on the balcony, but we still managed to make use of it most days. Breakfast in the restaurant was OK. There was a good selection of both hot and cold foods and juices. I was a bit disappointed in the omelette made to order and the breakfast pancakes which had obviously been sitting a while and so were rather crispy. Got a table on the balcony one morning which was a lovely way to start the day. Pool area was lovely, and plenty of towels. Again because of the time of year and a couple of days being overcast and raining it we could only sit out a couple of times. Pool is saltwater and not heated. Finally the staff were fantastic. Reception helped us arrange car hire, and gave advice on the local bus services. Always had a smile and a greeting as we passed by. If you get the opportunity to stay at the Daina, don’t hesitate. I hope to go back again.

Disappointed initially at not being in main building but was very satisfied with our room.Was very well maintained and spotlessly clean.Breakfast very good with excellent views. This was our 3rd visit and will certainly return.

We had a deco suite,the photos given in the description were nothing like what we got!! Very small bathroom,had to ask for a kettle,no dish washer,these were things that were advertised.Some of the staff were rude,and very dismissive.Great location was hotels greatest asset,weather great !

Third visit to Daina staff very pleasant and helpful, we will be back in the future. We have been here before and we look forward to staying here again in the future.thank you for a very pleasant stay.

My favourite hotel in Puerto Pollensa. Great breakfasts, helpful staff, and the best location in the resort, situated at the start of the Pine Walk. . Just avoid the suites on the ground floor -too dark.

I liked a lot in this hotel, but was shocked about the unkindness and arrogance of some of the employees at the pool bar.

Love this hotel and we are now planning annual trips in October. We have been so lucky with the weather, again this year. Penthouse rooms are not huge but worth it for the balcony and stunning views, would like a bit more shade. Breakfast is really good, love the made to order omelettes and being able to sit outside. The pool is a highlight and cold but beautiful to swim in, I swam every day and enjoyed the music at night. Love the fact you step out the door in the middle of everything but have no noise at night. Can’t wait to be back!

The Hotel is excellent and is in a great part of the Port. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Having the swimming pool across from the Hotel is so inviting.The staff who work there are also very helpful and we noticed how clean the pool area was.Absolutely the best Hotel in the Port.

My mother and father in law stayed for a week (18th October 2023) on my recommendation for their 43rd Wedding Anniversary. I have had many memorable holidays there and thought they would too, however it has changed. There toilet leaked all week which is not acceptable, especially as being older they are not brilliant on there feet. On their Wedding Anniversary, we went to meet them at lunch time for a drink but we were not allowed to visit them at their sunbeds. Worst of all, my mother in law tripped on the step leading inside in the evening and fell hitting her knee, elbows and hip. I ran to the front desk for help and a first aid kit and the receptionist told me to go to the bar. The barman gave me some ice in a tea towel. No one came to see if she was okay. It was a disappointing experience. The love and attention to detail has left this hotel. We will no longer be recommending to friends and family when they visit us.
