Very nice 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 bath pool home. Nice open floor plan, ceramic tile throughout, nice light kitchen with a large utility room. The bedrooms are large with good-sized closets, the main bedroom has a half bath that opens out to the pool area. There is a very large covered and enclosed lanai area overlooking the freeform heated pool. Close to all major roadways, shopping, Port Charlotte mall, grocery stores, and much more. Tucked away in a nice waterfront community. The garage will not be accessible. Week long getaway The house and peoperty is beautiful and well maintained!My kids and I stayed for a week to visit some friends and enjoy warmer weather. The heated pool was very popular with my kids Everything we could have needed was provided - kitchen items, bath and pool towels, and extra bedding and blankets, as well as chairs, toys and an umbrella for the beach. I would highly recommended staying at this property!
