We travel often and have stayed in some very nice hotels. However Aria stands out above them all. The location, the kindness of the staff, the food, the views. It felt like home. Very intimate. Not overcrowded. The staff all spoke English despite us speaking zero Italian. I could stay here forever. Loved all of it. Wish we had a few more days. We’d definitely come back here again.

We stayed here for two nights and are still in awe of the incredible room and the breathtaking views surrounding the resort. It was a stay my sister and I will never forget. The resort had everything we could’ve asked for tennis courts, pools, a spa, water surrounding the resort and the staff were absolutely lovely. One of the highlights was the unforgettable 8-course meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour, adding even more magic to an already amazing experience. Highly recommend!!

This was our favorite trip, and honestly, words can't fully describe this hotel! The service was incredible, and the staff were pleasant. The hotel offers facilities for absolutely everyone, and our room was huge, and completely modern. The food was outstanding, huge compliments to the chef! Our highest recommendation, and we would happily return!

My parter and I stayed here for three nights as part of a wider trip hopping about Northern Italy for our Honeymoon! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The views, the food, the spa! The rooms are so spacious, super clean and have everything you could ever need! We utilised the in room breakfast which was amazing! For the spa we booked the Sweet Dreams package which included an incredible couples massage and then use of the private spa suite. I would highly recommend this. The spa in general has everything you could want, and the outdoor pool is just the cherry on top. We dinned at Le Musa - the tasting menu was just divine! Use of the big green egg at the La Masseria was a highlight too. We’re already talking of returning and organising a trip for our parents. Thank you to all the staff for such a special stay

We had such a wonderful experience at ARIA Retreat. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The resort is amazing, it has it all! The outdoor pool was definitely the highlight, and the fact that every corner of the resort offers a stunning view is a major advantage. Lugano has its own charm, an exclusive destination with two restaurants we tried, both offering a memorable experience. La Dolce Vita impressed us with its homemade pasta, while the other restaurant, La Musa served delicious dishes as well. I especially loved that the chefs came out to meet us and took the time to explain each dish on our plates. The location offers a perfect blend of relaxation, hospitality, and premium services. The rooms are spacious, and every member of the staff is incredibly attentive to guests’ needs. Their guest-oriented approach truly sets them apart from many other 5-star hotels. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to all our friends and acquaintances.

The staff are highly qualified, kind, and always attentive, their professionalism and warmth truly make the difference. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and feature a private terrace with a stunning view over Lake Lugano. The CEÒ SPA is a true haven of relaxation, with two wonderful pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and serene spaces designed for complete well-being. We dined at both La Musa, elegant and creative, and La Joie de Vivre, more casual yet of equally high quality. In both restaurants we discovered surprising flavors and imaginative combinations that delighted us. A genuine five-star experience in every sense, where comfort, professionalism, and beauty blend perfectly. We will definitely be back!
